The "Renee Barron" woman who posted before me is the second shift manager. I am local. Every single time me and my family have gotten burger king while she is working, it has been either wrong, or, like today, NASTY. My dog could barely even chew the chicken fries my kid ordered. Renee is a sweet girl, but a very poor manager. My wife once witnessed a man returning his fries because one of her many piercings fell into them!!! Not a huge deal, accidents happen. But, she is still wearing them!!! They purposefully save old fries and nuggets to serve to customers and keep whatever "numbers" they have down. This is a known fact. I know countless ex employees whom have told many horrifying stories. Nothing that warrants a health department visit, but appalling none the less. Their lack of concern for their customers indicates they just do not care, and as most customers are from the freeway, they will be long down the road before they notice their disgusting food, and will probably just forget about it. And if you do call to complain, they offer you a no questions asked refund, or remake. That tells me it happens a lot. You can hear a screaming lack of surprise or concern in their voice. This place is PERFECTLY fine before second shift takes over. Not once have I had an issue during their first shift. I daresay I have even enjoyed my "first shift food". All in all, this place sucks, but only after 5pm, or whenever it is second shift takes over. And if you see the small bleached blond manager with piercings named Renee, check your food. She doesnt care if its right, fresh, or if its 4 hours old.

Worst Burger King ever! I did get lucky last night at midnight when the guy didnt hear the girl at the register not to throw the fries away yet (she said this because she wanted to serve them to me).. The dude didnt hear her and threw em out.. I didnt mind waiting for fresh fries at all! However, with her attitude towards serving me the old fries that were on their way to the trash I give them a big fat 0 across the board, except for decor! Do NOT go here!

Family order was missing 1/2 our fries (received 2 of 4). Spoke to Miranda, who was extremely rude. No apology, just told me in a trailing voice to bring the receipt back and then hung up the phone on me. Im sorry but wasting 20 minutes of my time for a couple of fries just wasnt worth it to me. Was my last dealings with this location as Ive always got subpar service as well as food from this location.

This is an amazing burger king! never have I had such wonderful service in my life. the only concern I have is the mexican man always sitting in the office never doing anything. he yells mercilessly at his fellow employees who are more than capable of serving me excellently. other than that its great

This place is horrible. The staff is rude and slow. Place is dirty and the food is sub par. Close to my job but I will no longer eat there. Save yourself some bad food and eat elsewhere. UPDATE 4 years ago I wrote that review and NOTHING has changed. Still a dirty horrible BK.

Theyre supposed to close at 1:00 AM. I just went down there at 1240 AM and they were blacked out. Not only are they not serving until the posted time, they arent even present!
