They close the lunch buffet way earlier than they advertise. I drove all the way there for a lunch buffet that was supposed to close at 2:15... I called to double check and the lady said that they actually close 15 mins less than what they advertise. So i was disappointed in hearing that, but it gets worse. I got there way early at 130 and when I went to be seated I told the lady that I wanted to get the buffet, so the lady seated me amd then proceeded to tell me that they stop stocking the buffet at 130!! So I was very angry to have double checked and got lied to again. Once by the website advertising 215 and then again by the lady who answered the phone and told me it was 2 that they closed it. I was so disappointed to have wasted my lunch break driving all the way there for them to let me know that they actually close the buffet 45 mins before their advertised closing time. False advertisement all the way. They hope to get you in there by telling you the buffet is open, so they bait and switch you and hope that after hearing that the buffet is closed that you will stay and order from thier menu that is more expensive. Love their buffet, but hate thier shady business tactics... we should be able to more easily hold a business accountable for thier false advertising. I also feel like most of the reviews that are 5 stars are them rating thier own place. A lot of five starts from random "anonymous" google users that anyone can log onto and post. Read only the reviews with actual useful stuff that was said. Otherwise you are getting a false sense of what you are about to get from this place.

I just left from Thai chili on stone oak, it was a terrible experience, chicken was rubbery, ice cream supposed to be coconut did not taste anything like coconut and was very salty yes salty; when I asked the waiter he comes back with an answer oh thats how it is
supposed to be, maybe this one is a little more salty than usual because this is from the bottom of the barrel. He never offered
to make it right even though he saw I
couldnt eat it. Then I ask the waiter for to
go boxes, he offers to help and dumps all my curry on the table and never offers to
make it right, mind you I had half an order
of the curry left and did he offer me
anything no,nothing, nada, he spills the
food all over the plastic bag and than
comes back and wipes the bag and does not change the bag; so now I have all the
gravy on the bag than here to top it all I
ask a different waitress for a new bag
and she dumps it on my table like it was
on fire, her message was loud and clear
take it and stuff it.
I will never ever go to this location. I have gone to the thousand oaks location for years, love the chef there even the hostess there are amazing.

Used to be one of my favorite places Ive spent dollars here at least over time. As with many restaurants they started becoming very inconsistent from one day to the next you never know what heat level youll get when you ask for hot you get cool when you ask for cool you get hot main thing is they piece of plastic that I got out of my Eggroll if youve been there you know how small those egg rolls are well in one of mine I got a piece of plastic out of it the size of a big mans index finger know how somebody got that in an egg roll without noticing it I dont believe I do believe it was intentionally put in there. Their food ranges from excellent too terrible sometimes theres a very foul odor of mold and mildew coming from the place sometimes theyre doing maintenance when they should have the place shut down and not be making food and construction work mixed. One lady cares the rest of them just give you the big grin and Shake their heads.

We ordered a portion of fried rice & crab rangoons- to go; when I asked for hot sauce, they would only give me 2!!!! 1 per plate!!!! Anything extra they wanted to charge 25 cents- stating it was their "system"!!! We spent $25, and all the foods could technically feed 8 people- yet they would only give 2 hot sauces; which were filled up only 3/4 of the little cup!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Mediocre food at very high prices PLUS the worst service Ive ever seen!!!! The only time youll see me back is for their Boba Tea- which is pricey, but (the only thing that) is worth it! Wish I could find a good Boba place around to never be back again!!!!

Im writing this review for the Thousand Oaks location . I was once a regular before the move and remodeling of the place, it saddens me to say that when they moved they forgot the great food and great staff they once had. Food now is just overpriced noodles and veggies thrown together . Got the crab rice counted 4 tiny pieces of crab and the rice had absolutely no flavor, the phad se-ew which I would order once a week is nothing like it once was noodles are stuck together leaving out the flavor and sauce, same goes phad woon sen. Staff is mediocre while friendly theyre forgetful and slow.

Buffet is excellent and really worth more than $8. Its their food, not regular frozen buffet food but their actual dishes served buffet style. Their from menu food is excellent too. This is some of the best Thai food Ive ever had. If you want to experiment, try the Lad Na. I was warned that it was "different" but I loved every bit of it. Met a new friend from Chicago that said this is the best Thai he and his wife have ever had as well. Ive always had decent to good service. One time the buffet was missing a few items, but within 10 mins they refilled it.

The food is outstanding, but the the people that work there even more so. My fiance felt like she was about to pass out and we asked the waitress for some help. In no time we were given an area for my fiance to lie down, a blanket and some juice for her to drink. They also offered her some Thai medicine and sat with us the entire time to make sure she was OK. I have always enjoyed their food but now I will keep coming back and recommending them to others because of the kind of people they are. They were a blessing.

We have been eating here for the last 9 years, we moved out of the area a few years ago but still eat here when we can. Its the best Thai food anywhere. If you have never tried thai or think you dont like Thai food you need to try this place. They will make the food as spicy or as mild as you want. There are great choices for children and delicious desserts. The staff here are friendlier than anywhere weve been and will remember you and what you order after a few visits. This is our favorite place to eat.

First time here was great. We are big on trying Thai places around the world, and this was a winner on our top list so far. Masaman Curry, which is my bfs favorite, was very flavorful, and my lettuce wraps were delicious (although I had to pick out some of the red onion). Waitress was friendly and prices were great, we just missed the HH. The spice levels are not as strong, I got an 8, on a 1-10 scale, and it wasnt spicy enough for me even though she warned me like it would be. Ill be back!
