Ive been a long time consumer of Qdoba and was elated when I learned that one was coming to Belleville. When I first visited Qdoba, the food assembly line was a little slow and there was food all over the counters. I attributed this to the store being new and they had to continue to train the staff. I visited again a month or so later and the dining area was filthy as well as the production line, trash was overflowing the trash can under the sink behind the counter. I was very turned off and not to mention I heard a manager yelling and degrading a few of the workers about cleaning the dining area instead of services the customers. I was totally baffled and that didnt sit well with me to hear an adult speak to another adult in that manner. Once I ate my food at home (6 mins away) My food was very bland and not the standard way Qdoba food is seasoned. So I contacted a manager and I was allowed to come back replace my food. I went in today really hoping things had turned around especially since much time has passed. Sadly, that was not the case. The store was way worse off. The food production line had food all over it, trash was again overflowing the trash can. There was what looked to be a large Tupperware top on the floor in the kitchen and a worker kicked it with her foot. On my way out there was soda on the floor near the soda dispenser and black syrup which looked to be the syrup used to mix with the carbonated beverages. Many of the tables were dirty, and there was trash on the floor near the front door trash can. Enough is enough. I will no longer eat at the Belleville Qdoba. If the dining area, food assembly line and kitchen are filthy, I cant imagine the food is prepared and cooked with care.

I was very excited to see Qdoba come to my home town city Belleville. My husband and I visited today 3-30-16 @ 4pm, Our first time and sadly our last. We waited 4 mins to be greeted, only one women on the front line taking customers orders, preparing food, and cashing out. There was 2 prepping food (useless), I say that because the women asked for someone who didnt have gloves on to come help her, yet no one did. Heres the absolute worst part 2-3 people came from the rear of the store laughfing and one girl was sweeping the floor directly less than 1 foot away from where the girl was trying to prepare my 2 burrito bowls alone. I was disgusted, I asked the girl who was making my food if she could have the girl stop sweeping until my food was prepared, Her Answer: Would you rather have a dirty floor? No I would rather have food without floor spice. I left and went to Taco Bell. This establishment has horrible customer service skills, and lacks cleaniness. I hope they find a good manager to straighten the place out before these employees give the place a bad rep.

OMG! where do i start? the customer service was TERRIBLE!!! dont ever go in around closing. Unless you want to get belittled/disrespected by the so "called manager" NISH!!! she is the short younger black girl with glasses & pigtails. she truly hates her job ! OMG she was so rude to not only me but everyone in front of me she totally ignored what i wanted also if you changed your mind and wanted something else she got so annoyed! & started to huff & puff as if you did something wrong she "Literally" through my ingredients onto my order. she rolled her eyes at everything i asked for! I kept my composer and tried my hardest to stay polite, only because I REALLY WANTED QUDOBA!!! but it was almost unbearable...! SO IF YOU EVER SEE HER WORKING DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TURN AROUND AND WALK RIGHT BACK OUT THE DOOR. UNLESSSS... Your in the mood for an Altercation !

I would consider myself a Qdoba connoisseur, and for this being a brand new location I had high hopes. But I was let down the lack of care is what really threw me off. The food tasted just fine. But the man who put my burrito together had no opinion on what my experience was, or so it seemed. He slipped down the barest portions of everything, was almost rushng me when there was no line, and as everyone knows that the wrap job is the most important part of a burrito he really messed up there. I feel like he may have even been a manager. Oh and the foil mine was built on was already laying there slightly covered in black bean juice when I walked up. Very disappointing. Not sure that Ill be going to my local Qdoba anymore.

I came here with my boyfriend, and it was his first visit. The young guy who was taking our order was super patient with my picky and clueless boyfriend, and was so friendly to both of us. The other employees in the kitchen said hello to us as well, which I really appreciated. Then, come to find out, I forgot my card like an idiot. The woman who rang us up then gave us our meal for free! She said, she hates when she forgets her card, and the burritos were already made anyways. I have never received such friendly service at a qudoba before! Let alone had my Neal given to me anyways despite my forgetfulness.

I love qdoba. this was the first time I went into the Belleville location. immediately noticed the whole place was filthy. not a single clean table. me my wife and our 2 children picked the cleanest table we could find. the legs on the table were so messed up that the table almost fell over. I had to keep my foot under one of the legs so I didnt tip it over when trying to cut my burrito. seriously. this place is a waste of time and money. sucks because qdoba food is awesome. hopefully a manager can contact me after reading this. Id love to talk to you. thanks in advance.

Well Google says its open at 10, but they apparently arent open till 10:30 but have one door propped open and then when you come in look at you all crazy for coming in the open door. Were very weird acting and then asked me to step outside to wait for them to"open" instead of letting me stay inside their resturaunt. Even though everything is already ready and good to go. Dont think I will come to this one again would rather go to the ann arbor location for better treatment next time.

The food is VERY good...also VERY EXPENSIVE for a burrito bowl. Ive been there several times, got the tacos once- they were awful because the chicken was tough and very dry from being on the steam table too long. The other times Ive stuck with the ground beef burrito bowl with good luck. I also love their brownies. The help have always been very accommodating, and I have never found the restaurant dirty.

Ordered the Knockout Tacos (Drunken Yardbird) without onions. The girl kept looking back at the menu because she didnt know what came on them. When she put onions on them I reminded her no onions. She didnt apologize or say she was wrong. Then she proceed to try and pick the onions out instead of remaking them. I think most places would ask did you want a remake in case of allergies.
