This place needs better management. I love Qdoba, its one of my favorite "fast food" places and I was really stoked to finally get one in Monroe. The food is amazing and hard to really screw it up, but nearly every experience Ive had at this store has been subpar compared to any other Qdoba Ive been to. First two visits I let things slide because it was a new store. Employees were still new and in training, so my burrito was kind of a mess and poorly wrapped. Second trip took forever because only one person was making the food, while the girl at the register just stood there as if she did not know how to do anything else other than cash people out. Next two visits were both a little over an hour before close, and when I asked for Cilantro, minced onion, and Cotija in my burrito bowl and they told me those things were already put away because they were "about to close". Closing in an hour is not "about to close", and they were still kind of busy. Its not like I walked in at 5 minutes till close and there was no one else in there. Tonight I arrived at 10:25 and the doors are locked. They are supposedly open until 11:00 on Saturdays (according to Google as well as the sign on the door). I really want this place to do well in Monroe and stay open, but stuff like this is going to kill the business.

I have gone here twice...when it first opened....After telling the gentleman what I wanted...he ended up making something else....Today before I went...I brought up the Qdoba Menu online...then drove there and ordered...The young lady seemed fine, but then she turned around and asked a blonde lady about a burrito and the lady told her...I dont know...just put what shes asking for in a flour tortilla and wrap it up....It never got rolled up like a burrito and in fact...it looked a MESS.....I do not blame these girls at the counter waiting on us...its the managements fault...these people are not trained properly and my suggestion is you send them to a well established Qdoba for a week to train, because obviously your own training skills are in need of re-training yourself. This place will not last....its over priced for what they are giving you. Bring back Jack in the Box who owns Qdoba and I suggest...You fire whomever is managing it for you and bring in somebody really qualified that can whip this place into shape...because right now...and I really dont go there...but Subway is looking better than this place!!!

This was my first time to Qdoba. I was kinda psyched to go cuz of all the hype. So I got the chichen burrito. First off, the size was really decent. Then my next impression was that I wished they wouldve warmed it up a little. I mean they wrap it up in tin foil to keep the heat in but there was hardly any heat. Next, DO NOT get the chicken! Its burnt and doesnt taste great at all! It wouldve been better if it was shredded. I got corn in mine and it was so cold! I expected it to be warm if Im putting it into a hot burrito. They do have a cool fountain pop machine and the seating is cool. But most of the booths were still dirty from previous patrons. So I dont think I will go back here anytime soon. Maybe to try the pulled pork but its a slim chance.

Placed an order on-line a specified a pickup time. When I arrived, the manager was replacing syrup in the Coke machine and there was one couple in line and a few people seated. It was 10 minutes past my pickup time and my food was not ready. I walked to the front of the store to the on-line pick up queue and waited about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The manager finishes up installing the syrup and comes up and asks if I had a to-go order. I said yes and he walked over grabbed a cup and stated that my order was not ready and to get something to drink and have a seat...then he started preparing the my order. This is not my first negative experience with this location and I seriously doubt I will be back.

The food is pretty good. But for $3 for a taco they seriously skimp you on the meat and toppings. I expected three of them to be enough, but they were mostly tortilla. And it would have tasted a lot better if it had been warm. All the toppings are chilled I think, so in the 5 minutes it took to drive home my food tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. I dont think I will eat there again, not worth it.

Was excited to go my hubby waited in line a long time. He finally got to the counter and with a line around the corner people were leaving and manger was in fridge counting inventory. It be helpful if they have enough people scheduled since they are new. Good news is food was worth the wait. We havd burrito and salad gotta say they work on scheduling and customer service they are gonna last a long time.

Was treated there recently for my birthday. I had the stuffed tortilla soup which was good but no tortilla shell at all like on the menu. If your on a fixed income like me the prices are too steep. $8 for a lg bowl of soup or $9 for 3 tacos? Better deals at taco bell if I want fast food! Too pricey for my income!

This place has excellent Mexican food for a chain. I still consider it a step below Chipotle because they use lower quality ingredients but it still is a great option. One particular thing I love is the 3-cheese queso that can be added for free to an entrée. Overall great restaurant for Monroe!

I like Qdoba. Good Mexican food for a reasonable price. I welcome them to Monroe and they will have my business. People complaining about long lines. Its new give it time. Ive walked in and was able to walk right up and order. FYI You can phone your order in or use the app.

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! There are so many choices that being in decisive can make me feel like I need to rush, but there employees help be through it. The food is fresh and great too!

All the tables were filthy and there was no where to eat without feeling like a slob. The kitchen floor was also terribly dirty. Food was bland and the guacamole tasted old. Wont be back.

Service was great. Food is even better. Yes its more expensive than Taco bell but you get what you pay for. Hopefully you will get Frank to make your food, he was great.
