The worst experience Ive had in 20+ years of eating at Bob Evans. I sat down and ordered breakfast at 10am this morning.There were aprox 10 people in the lobby total, but it took 25 min to get my order, which was wrong, and the side of hash browns was a joke. As I am (was) a regular customer of Bob Evans I know what portion sizes to be, and this was WAY short. Not a huge deal but when your spending $16 on breakfast you expect a decent meal. As far as I am concerned there are much better values for breakfast and they will even get your order correct. The manager on duty was a joke and stated that she was new. Is that a reason to run a poor operation? Either way, find somewhere else to go eat. Bob Evans is way over priced and has really gone downhill, too bad. Karl

The store had a good sized crowd when I visited. It wasnt at a wait, but close. There was no hostess on duty, but I didnt wait; another employee (a busser, I think) saw me standing at the door and seated me immediately. My waitress appeared to have been double sat, but did not let that affect her service. She was attentive and efficient! I did not have to wait for coffee, or my breakfast. When my order was delivered, it was correct and hot. My waitress checked in on me periodically, but not so much to be a pest. Good service, Ill be back.

Well at 9am I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady and my waitress Jennifer was there rite after I got seated and had my drink not even a min later.she was the most awesome waitress ive had in yrs.plus she was pretty and sweet thanks Jenn for taking of me in my time of needing some grub.ca caw

Our hostess Wendy....didnt want to seat us upon arrival, there were many open tables. She told us she was trying to giver her servers a chance to catch up. Ok. The servers were awesome...they could handle it. It was Wendy that needed time to bus tables. Do you need a bus person?

I would love to give it a 1 star and not have to wait every weekend to get breakfast, but Im not that mean lol! This is hands down, the best Bob Evans I have ever been to. Love the staff, and the food is perfect EVERY time. I go here a few times a week!

Ordered an omelette expecting the add-ins to be mixed in with the eggs. Instead it was served like a giant egg taco, with the add-ins in the middle of a folded egg envelope. Disappointing.
