After hearing from my Barber to try it out, I look it up read all the reviews. Gave it a shot, unfortunately I will have to say its not what it was hyped up too be. The Tabbouleh DRY DRY DRY, though I will say fresh so that was a plus. Shawarma that is the most disappointing of all, no Mediterranean flavors, Wheres that amazing Garlic Sauce? I guess maybe, I am used to Dearborn, or when I was in Iraq, and Afghanistan. For me I can only give a 3 only because the Staff is friendly, the amount of food you get. I will have to say that this is "American Mediterranean" and I had hopes that I would not have to make that 25 minute travel every week.

What?!?! This is the Monroe areas best kept secret. It is the most delicious Greek food Ive ever had!! Sincerely delicious and they have a number of hummus flavors which are all so tastey. Build-A-Bowls and Shwarma are amazeballs. Their business model seems so well founded with its CLEAN and HIP decor tucked inside a gas station. They need to open a "Chipotle style" order and sit yourself brick and mortar in town. We now drive from Toledo to sit for 20 minutes to eat this place.

This was the best Greek food Ive ever had!!! On my way to a nearby truck stop, this place showed up on my map. I was extremely hungry, so I ordered 2 Gyros... a chicken shawarma, a Greek salad, and 1 bakalava. My order taker helped me make my decisions. But back to the food... It was sooo freaking amazing!! So full of flavor, fresh tasting ingredients, perfectly made, and portioned just right. I will make it a priority to visit anytime Im near.

Always drove by this place and never thought it would be possible to have such a exist in a gas station. My friend picked this place after her wedding and Im glad she did. The food is beyond words. But Ill try. Scratch made and made to order so its hot and fresh when you order. Meat is tender and so well seasoned. The bread is warm and with the right chew and the veggies taste so freshly picked when you order it. Love this place.

We had Gyro, Shawarma with fries and Greek Salad. The Greek salad does not have pepperoncini and is made with spring greens. So to me it was not a real Greek salad. My husband and I thought the food was too salty. That said I will try it again in a couple months to see if it was just salty this time and not getting the salad.

The Ultimate Chicken Shawarma is so good. The cabbage has a slight curry flavor and is very tasty. I know some people are put off because this is in a gas station but that is totally unfounded, very clean, nice looking, and there are places to sit.

Just tried them for the first time today. I can only speak of the ultimate chicken shawarma and the truffle fries but both were really good! Ordered online and it was ready to go when I got there. I will be coming back to try some other items!

This place doesnt look special from the outside. Its in a gas station. But on the inside its great. Modern looking and clean with some awesome food. Totally surprised this place was so good. would recommend
