Online hours state until 9pm. Pull into parking lot at 7:35pm. As Im pulling into the parking lot i see the two girls working there give me the deer caught in the headlights look. lights on inside and outside of the establishment. Before i put the car in park one girl peeks a head outside the door and i get the "were actually closed....sorry". So, thats crap. Let me add 0 stars for effort or sincerity, oh yeah and the lack of nostalgia as advertised. The 1 star is because I was just as deflated as the other people who ran into the same concern with the lack of adherence to advertised hours of operation.

Online it says that they open at 10:30 a.m. We get there at 11:20 a.m. and a lady tells us they arent open yet. She says they open at 11:30 but she doesnt have any of her hoppers there yet. We tell her "online it says you open at 10:30" and she says thats only during the week. Well, then maybe you should fix your online hours? Just a let down because we are from Ohio and we dont have the opportunity to come here often, and since we are on a schedule to get home we dont even have the time to wait around today.

First time going there. Park my car, I get out and walk to the building then realize they come to your vehicle so I go sit in my vehicle. 12 minutes later still no service then I see them walking over to take the order of a vehicle that pulled in after I did so I honk my horn and wave my hands out the window to get their attention. They looked but proceeded to wait on another customer instead. So I just left. Unacceptable customer service.

Thats there cheese fry and thats what I got after the order was wrong anyway hot dog bun was hard. Will not go bad I love there food but I will drive 20 mins to go to a different one.. only thing good was the car hop she was great food not

I didnt get my reese regular flurry and fries plus I had to go back and get my mug cup. They didnt know what was on the menu until they looked for themselves. Im not satisfied!/ they shouldnt get tipped over that experience.

I was a walk up to the window and while my order was being prepared they gave me a glass of ice water for my dog without even being asked .that was so nice
