Absolutely horrible!!! I waited 15 minutes to place an order and nobody was even in front of me. Then my chalupas came with chicken instead of steak so I had to take it back to the counter. I could hear the manager have an attitude about it which was extremely rude and unprofessional. But that wasnt even the half of it. Apparently this taco Bell doubles as a daycare center and the employees kids (young kid) sit in a booth, jump on the counter, yell, ect while his mom works and is pretty disruptive to the people who dined in to eat. This place is a joke! Idk what the managers problem is, this is NOT the first time shes come off extremely rude but I WONT be returning to this location and I will be putting a complaint in to cooperate

Went to get food for my family. There was an employee in the back who was upset. She was loud & vulgar. The F word & G D word was used during thru my entire experience. I sent my grandkids to the car, so they could not hear it. Got the food to go, instead of eating there. I wanted to leave, but I told my grandkids they could have taco bell. While waiting for my food, I learned the employees name, .. Mandy. She was upset, because apparently, another employee.. disrespected her in the dining room, in front of everyone. I dont think she knows the meaning of respect. After all, everyone in the dining room heard her vulgar mouth.

This taco bell sucks. Over the yrs I have come here and every time it is a total disappointment. Skimpy portions. Had take out. Bean burrito, 5.4oz. Have had these all over the country. This is the smallest one ever. Opened it up. Onions out numbered the bean soup inside it. Since when did refried beans become soup in a burrito. Now for the taco, 3.4oz. Skimpy, skimpy. As for price. 1.69 each. Must be a franchise store, they tend to skimpy and charge more. I will never go to this store again. ever. Last straw. I suggest everyone do the same.

Eve. She works midnights. SOOOO SWEET. Love her! Super nice, memorized my preference of sauce without me having to ask, and just all around very attentive. Please show her some love next time you guys come here! I hope this doesnt get her in trouble, but as I was literally about to make this review, she opens the window and asks me if I would like a cupcake... lol the coincidence is one thing, but seriously, its says so much. Thank you Eve!

Have always been friendly everytime I have gone but it us the typical taco bell with huge lines when going through the drive through, which in the end makes the experience unworthy of being called fast food cause there is nothing much fast about it. Always check your bags! 3 times in the past 6 months they messed up my order. But the are friendly, so if you check your stuff, you should be good...

Extremely busy. Possibly the longest Ive waited at fast food. But whoever was working was working miracles. There were multiple cars full of drunks (i swear to God, even a pickup filled with people in the truck bed). Still after dealing with all these people the employees were polite and got everything right, even when I special ordered some items. I was impressed despite the wait.

Cant say much for this place. I mean for a Taco Bell it seems average, I just dont like their so called food. This one seems especially bad at screwing up your order. Ordered taco salad minus beans for my wife, got home and saw it had beans. Not the first this happened either.

Good service, friendly employees, tasty food, generally good location. This place is known for occasionally having staff that takes forever with the food. Ive waited over 20 minutes on a few occasions. 80% of the time however, all goes smoothly and reasonably fast.

They are open varying from 4am to later most nights....the one on Rochester closes unusually early for taco bell, but this one is like most others....plus, Ive never had an issue with service...always on point.

Probably the best Taco Bell Ive been to in the area. Its clean, quick, and friendly. Most importantly I dont think theyve ever messed up an order, which seems to be a common issue at most taco bells.
