Lol so we got our food delivered from the Royal Oak location. They came within the time they said, everything fine, and they forget the small soup. Now I dont really care, but obviously I want a refund. So we call and the guy who answers takes so long to locate our order. Then says theres a driver on the the way with it, then says hes NOT on the way. So we just say "whatever dont worry about it dont drive here just for a small soup." The guy keeps asking if we are sure and we say whatevers easier for you, so no. So the guy says "ok, well alright then". So we ask if we are gonna get a refund and he says NO....ok lmao. So obviously we ask for them to drive the soup to us. I mean come on why not just say sorry we cant, we will drive it to you. Why ask to drive it to us, and we say no, then tell us we cant get refunded. I just felt weird that after telling them not to drive the soup to us, he was just gonna keep the money for it. Cmon people, save the reefer for after work lmao. Other than that, foods great!

Ive heard about this place for a while and finally made a trip. KouZina took the old Zumba (now across the street) concept and made it Greek. The result is a great, straightforward approach to dining. The menu basis is built on 3 foundations: original gyro, Greek salad and Greek bowl. You then get to pick your choice of protein and toppings. I had the Greek salad with pork and it was tasty and filling. I really liked their fresh meat grill behind with chicken, gyro and pork grilling right there, talk about fresh! I also really enjoyed the baklava too. I am no expert on Greek food, but everything I ordered tasted great and thats enough for me. A great first experience and a perfect place to grab a quick dinner. Theres no much seating or ambience, so I would recommend getting the food to go. Next time I will have to try the soup that others recommend. KouZina is definitely a favorite new addition to the RO scene

The customer service here is amazing. One time I called from a local bar and asked for a greek dessert to be delivered (Perhaps I was a bit intoxicated). The guy apologized and said that they were closed (I called after hours). I was disappointed, then the guy asked me where I was. I told him I was at the local bar, and he told me to stay there. He brought the dessert to the bar for me. When I went to pay him, he told me it was on the house and refused to accept a tip or any payment at all. I have been back several times since then and have always been surprised with the overly friendly service and quality, healthy food.

I went here twice in a row, consecutive days because the pita chips (fluffy fried dough) are so good. Theyre the best thing ever! I ordered the Bobby, which is a combo of all three meats with your choice of salad. This is a quick serve restaurant meant to turn table quickly (theres eating for maybe 20 people). You go through a line similar to Qdoba or Chiptole and tell the server what you want your bowl or wrap to have in it. I really enjoy coming here for a quick bite to eat because its fresh and those pita chips are so darn addictive. I would not spend calories on the baklava however -- it wasnt crazemazing.

The food is great but the service is always scattered. In fact, it always makes me a bit tense watching how unorganized they are behind the counter. With that in mind, I placed my most recent order online. It gave me a pick up time 30 minutes out which I felt was reasonable. Upon arriving at the store, I paid and was given my beverages. I then proceded to wait. While I waited, I watched everyone in line leave with their food. I also watched three people that came in after me order, get their food and leave. When they finially gave me my gyro and salad they seemed surprised that I was upset. Really!?!?

I loved coming to this establishment for well over 2 years now, about twice a week. Today I walked in and witnessed an employee use a dirty rag, which had fallen on the floor to push food back into their containers. I have lost all credibility for this places cleanliness and bacteria prevention standards. I called to inform a manager, whom I know well from frequent visits and know he speaks fluent English, & he pretended like he didnt understand English to avoid the conflict- so here I am on Google, disappointed I have one less option for lunch in the Royal Oak area.

This place has an incredible gyro bowl with the pork, you can get homemade sauce and fresh ingredients. The rice is not like the rice you get in chinese restaurants, it is fluffy and flavorful. The owner cares about his food, and cleanliness, and it shows remarkably. The bougasta is fresh and very light, no wonder there is a line out the door most nights, but the staff work very quickly, and love being there which shows with their attitudes. Do yourself a favor and get here, you will be writing a top notch review as well

The food was good (chicken rice bowl) but the guy that prepared my order had sweat POURING down his face. Im not exaggerating when I say "pouring." His wrist was shiny and slick from wiping his brow. If sweat is dripping off your face then its definitely getting in the food. I still cant believe I ate my order. I understand that people get hot and sweaty but when youre drenched in sweat you should take a break and cool off. Dont continue to prepare orders. Move to the register or work on inventory in the back.

Food was pretty good. The food was fresh, and the gyro meat is roasted right in front of you. They cut off the roasted meat as new orders come in. The employees were not very friendly though. I also didnt like that there was an upcharge for feta cheese on the gyro. Other Greek street food restaurants dont charge extra for that. They do not have plain rice. When I asked what is in the rice, the employee would not just tell me whats in the rice, and I had to ask a million questions to figure it out.

Ordered a chicken gyro and small pita chips. I ended up mostly eating the pita and hummus as the chicken gyro was extremely disappointing. It was soggy, and the chicken was clearly not taken from the chicken spit roast behind the counter. It had no flavor other than tasting like it had been sitting out to long. This was the second time Ive been there and the second time Ive been disappointed with their food. Wont be going back.

Uggghhhh! Terrible service! The food preparers speak wayyy too low for the amount of noise & chaos at the ordering counter, the preparers mix up the orders often, theres no clear way for the workers to decipher whos here for a take out, dine in or call-in order, customers have to yell their request over a plastic window Uggghhhh hate this place, I only go when Im desperate! But the food is good.

Pros: 1. Fresh products. 2. The Gyro is kinda close to what I am used to in Europe, but it will never be like that. 3. The product tastes very good. 4. They have these gourmet fries, they are so good, they add this seasoning to it, but its not over seasoned, really good. 4. The staff is friendly and fast. Cons: 1. Why does everyone says "Euro"?.. its Gyro! ..lol
