I thought this was supposed to be FAST FOOD. I walked in at 830am with NO ONE in line, and they had 4 cars in drive thru. There was 1 woman working on the Drive-Thru, and one making the orders. The Drive thru lady was on a order which took forever. So when she was done with that order, I would have assumed she would help the counter. BUT NO! She went onto the next order. Then I ask loudly, if there is anyone who will help me, no answer! Rude. I worked at Burger King when I was younger and know this is not the way to treat customers. I would not reccomend going to this Burger King, until its management works on getting better people to work and be curtious.

I went to this place to get food. I got food. I didnt like the fact that I wasnt treated like a prince at a place where the employees made minimum wage. I was so unhappy with the fact that my $3.00 order didnt grant me the privilege of having the servers bow to me, that I squat over the counter and took a crap right there for the cameras to see. Ill never go there again for the next 6 hours, til I get hungry and my fat a§§ decides I want 2 patties of meat with cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard for a single dollar again. Mmm, double cheeseburger is only a dollar..brb.

After politely apologizing, I changed my order at the window when I had realized my total was almost 20 dollars. There was NOBODY else in line and they were extremely slow, when I asked to change my order you would have thought I shot this old ladies dog, she proceeded to throw a temper tantrum telling me that they wont normally change an order for someone at the window. She was extremely rude even after I was as polite as I could be and apologized repeatedly. Ill never be back here. P.S. if you hate your job you should find another one instead being a miserable b****

The service and the food sucks at this location. The manager named MARTIN is very rude and argumentative. I ordered 2 double whopper combos w/no tomato, heavy pickles, extra mustard cut in half and I received heavy tomato, no pickles, no mustard with cold, old fries. I called and talked to a manager and she stated my order would be replaced and she was putting my name in their book. However, 3 days later when I went to redeem my order MARTIN REFUSED TO FULFILL THAT PROMISE!!! Instead he was a total jerk and told me to call PATTY tomorrow.

as far as local burger kings go, this is my favorite one. the staff is nice enough for a bk. theres a guy who works there, i think he might be the night manager (i always forget to get peoples names) but hes always quick, but nice, and hes not gotten my order wrong once. the service here far supasses the typical burger king. and in regards to some of the poor reviews, its a buger king. get off ya high horse, fam

Had a great experience here today what I like most about this location is they are all very nice they dont get ketchup and mustard,mayo happy where by time the customer gets home or sits down its not soggy... they are very clean with their food.... I just called up there to ask for a manager her name is Jill and I told her whoever was cooking today rocks and she said it was her.. keep it up

Got 2 Grilled Dogs with a large fries on a coupon. The Grilled Dogs look nothing like the pictures and tasted mediocre. Way too much relish and onions. Pretty much anything else is good, though. Its Burger King, so dont expect anything fancy, but its a good quick meal. Right along the way to the Micro Center store further down the road, too.

Ordered an Egg-normous Burrito, tots and coffee. Coffee and tots were hot and as expected. The burrito was cold, not luke warm, cold. On I75 for my daily commute, I was hungry and no turning back. Cold eggs, sausage and cheese is disgusting. Avoid this store, I wont go there again.
