My daughter and I were enjoying a dinner out on the patio area last night when a customer came in, party of 6 with a dog. He was asked very nicely to sit by the open area so that the dog was outside of the patio area. He indicated that it was a service dog and refused to provide any documentation nor was the dog in a service dog vest. The dog began to bark and was being quite disruptive to some of the patrons. The manager attempted to placate the situation by asking if the dog needed water or food or was there anything he could do. After 3 attempts he politely asked them to quiet the dog. This enraged the male customer who had the dog and he began a tirade against the manager. The manager remained calm but the customer began spewing vulgarities towards the manager. He was asked to leave. We were sitting behind him and we he turned to get up his tirade then turned on us, specifically my daughter who has not spoken to him at all. She was shocked at this customers lack of respect and vulgarity. He then directed his tirade at us. He was escorted out of the establishment and continued his tirade down the street. The manager remained professional and was very apologetic to us and any other customers who witnessed this lunacy. To the customer...you should be ashamed of your actions but I am sure that you are not. You felt you were entitled to bring your dog into the establishment no matter what and you had no regard for anyone but yourself. You were a disgrace to your race and gender. It was obvious by your actions that you feel you are entitled to do what you want, when you want with no regard to any other person in this world. The filth that came from your mouth showed that you have no respect for any other person in this world. Your displayed a lack of respect for humanity. One of the people in your party was your mother...I am sure at that moment your mother realized that she failed at raising a decent, caring and respectful human being. What she raised is someone who will bring misery the rest of his life.

Probably one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences Ive ever had. Went on a Thursday night. Took forever to get sat. Once we were seated the waitress seemed like she was all over the place. I asked about a craft beer they had on the menu and the waitress had no idea what it was. Learn your menu. My friend ordered a PBR - they didnt have it. I tried ordered a craft beer on the menu - nope didnt have that. So I tried a second option - didnt have that either. Decided to go with the Bells Best Brown - FINALLY had a beer I was willing to drink. We put in our food order at 9:03pm (I looked at the time because of the $3 appetizer special) and we didnt get our food until almost 10pm. It took almost an hour to fry up some wings, fried pickles, cheese curds, and spinach and artichoke dip?!? The pickles were room temperature, the cheese curds were cold, and the spinach and artichoke dip had been sitting there for a while - you could tell. I went outside to smoke a cigarette while waiting for desert, which took 15 minutes to come out, and I was harassed when returning to show my ID. I explained the man that I was already eating and that my ID was at the table with my belongings. He rolled his eyes and smacked his lips and finally let me back in after fighting with this guy. Absolutely ridiculous. I live in Ferndale off 9 mile and I guess Ill have to drive to 12/mound to have a decent experience.

My experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was far less than I could have expected. When I first entered, the greeter was not very polite and almost seemed annoyed at my presence as she looked through her maps (In the meantime I could hear the people in the back of the take-out counter playing music loudly and cussing). I was finally seated and I dont think the greeter let the server know that she had a table as I sat there literally until I was frustrated enough to get up and ask for a new server (10 mins?). I dont remember his name, but when he finally approached the table I was more than ready to order. I got a 12 piece boneless wings and an order of potato wedges, both of which came out old; Of course I politely asked to have it replaced. The wings did come out fresh, but the potato wedges looked as if they had just nuked them to heat them up again (At first I didnt think it was the servers fault, but the fact that he could not properly replace the meal?). During the time I was visiting, it started raining outside pretty heavily and I happened to notice that there were little to moderate sized black specs falling from the ceiling (And yes.. Onto my food, into my drink, my hair). I payed for my meal, left a tip, but I will not be going back again. Isnt their some kind of health concern if the ceiling is dropping crap on our heads?

I dont like that you pay so much and their management are rude and unhelpful when theyre problems with the food. The service was so slow, like they only had 1 person that knew how to drop wings and pull them out on time, ok they didnt even have that because after all that, ours and 3 tables around us were burnt! [Not a little, like are you kidding me, you tried to serve this crap] Dont dare complain because it gets slower and they get ruder! I cant ever see myself going to this b dub 3s every again. I absolutely suggest you find a way better restaurant in downtown royal Oak for that price! And it wont be hard if it tasted like ours did tonight! Theyre are so many better places! It totally sucked and they ignored the problem instead of handling it and when they (didnt handle the at the time just a re-cook would have fixed the problem) made it totally unexpectable and the reason this place sucks!

I have only been here a few times but Everytime I had a bad experience. The first time it took us an hour to get our appetizer and drinks. It wasnt even busy, like at all. When we finally got our appetizer there was a rubber band and a twist tie in it and then we got accused of planting those items in the food to get something free. Also The waitress was too busy flirting with the guys at the table next to us. The most recent time it took us a while to get out food, again not busy. The quality of the food wasnt good, 3 of us got margaritas and we dont think there was any alcohol. Another one of us got a rum and coke and he said it was all coke then the next one was all rum. The waitress was AWOL most of the time and when we asked for stuff we didnt get it. I know a lot of people who have had a bad experience at this location and I will not be going back.
