Always at Oakland mall today I went to Taco Bell ordered the new double chalupa box with steak on all my tacos ... sat down and eat the double chalupa it had steak the other two tacos had beef went back to ask for a manger the employee took my food in the back and a manger came back out and said it will be another two dollars ...I told the lady at the register all of them should have steak three times she said yes ... so the manger took my food in the back and wanted to give it back to me .....horrible service never again will I even look at this Taco Bell again

Stood in line at 454...7 min later im finally up the front counter and I order 2 Happy Hour med mt dew and she says no its now 5pm. I said "I waited 7 min in line", she goes oh well its 5 now. Latisha was our cashier and was very rude. The manager Rodney, who was just as rude, refused to honor the happy hour price. My husband said "this is bullshit" so we were refused service altogether. Nice customer service. Not returning, here or anywhere, regaurdless of how much I want taco bell in the future. Thanks for nothing

Avoid visiting this location. I had a very uncomfortable experience that involved the workers making sexual remarks about other costumers as they walked away and asking weird questions. The two women couldnt keep their hands to themselves and were touching each other in front of other costumers. And it felt like I had waited forever to get my food. I wont be going to this taco bell again.

The worst service and attitude ever. Waited 20 min for my food and they gave every order after me their food. On top of that no remorse and the order was short a taco and the belle grandes were made wrong. Steer clear of this location its terrible
