I came there at 5am to get a coffee. I told they girl with the blue hair that I had a replacement. She said I dont see your name on the board you have to call back later for that. I said thats not fair because I wanted to use that credit towards my coffee. She said very nasty to call back later for it again. So at this point I dont want to be late for work and I really wanted my coffee so I told her ok fine I will pay for my coffee. This Tim hortons blue haired chick look at me with a blank stare and said what? I dont have to serve you. I said excuse me I just want to pay for my coffee I will call about the credit another time I need to get to work. So she took my money and she got ready to hand me the change and coffee I said im going to complain because your apparently having a bad morning. She said I dont have to serve you again and held my coffee and my change back. I said you need to give me my change and my coffee I dont have time for this. and technically she was required to give me my money back. She dont have the right to serve me and also keep my money. I was being so nice to her because I wanted my coffee bad. So she gave me my change and coffee and gave me a nasty look. I said I am still calling your mananger on you for the rudeness. When i took off she stuck her head out the drive through and call me a biT$#. I called around 9am to talk to a manager for the profanity and the blue haired girl answered the phone and said your the one from earlier. She called me a stupid be*&^% again and told me to fk off. finally i talked to the manager by calling later because i knew she wouldnt work all day from 5am and the manager made excuses for her. Said she is going through a tough time and somebody came up there to flatten her tires. She offered to replaced my order and then some but i dont want to be a part of that trailer trash Tim Horton"s again. Managers should never justify why someone is being nasty to a customer and should automatically apologized. They need a clean dress code their. Blue hair and some other girl had Red hair. Also one girl had that stretch your earring hole out and it looked like someone shot her ear lobe and it left a huge hole after. Trailer pk Timmys.. Enjoy i wont be going back.

I will NEVER come back to this Tim Hortons. 2 times in a row the employees have been rude to me and my boyfriend and screwing up orders. Today I walk in there with a smile on my face, was really polite and nice. The fat girl with the blue plaid coat walks away from me in the middle of my order, and has her coworker finish. She throws my sandwich on the counter with no bag and didnt even ask me about my side when I ordered the meal. I said "excuse me" at least 4 times and she ignored me and she says to her co worker "she has everything" snottily. Her co worker comes up and asks what I need and I told him I ordered the meal and I didnt get a side and he looks annoyed by my existence as well. He throws a bag on the counter, I have to put my own food in the bag, and then throws my chips in the bag and gives me my drink. I said "Have a nice day" and smiled and was ignored as well, NONE OF THEM cracked a smile and all of them acted annoyed in general with me and other customers. WORST employees EVER, do not go here.

I never write reviews but after a month or 2 Im livid with this place. We have been coming here EVERYNIGHT , litterly, for my father in laws coffee, hot chocolates, and sometimes bagels/donuts. Im sure u know us. Always had everything stocked until recently when they hired new employees. They never have ANYTHING! Last 3 nights I wanted donut holes, they never have them. But a couple months ago the past employees did. Same with bagels. I now tell my husband to go to the other location. These "new" employees are really gonna get a piece of my mind. We give our money to them EVERYNIGHT and we are are regulars. Not anymore.

Not only do I wait over 10 mins in the drive through but they always get my order wrong. Also, a few weeks ago an employee screamed at me, almost like a temper tantrum, and stormed off bc I accidently splashed him in the parking lot during a really bad storm. I never post poor reviews, in fact, this is my first poor review I have ever written but it needed to be done. When I Called to speak to the manager about her employee being so rude she just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Never go here.. I love tim hortons but I will be driving out of my way to get my tea now and take my business elsewhere.

One star only so I can give them a review. This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered a triple triple and they managed to mess that up. Every time I go to this location they mess up, or they are rude. This place just needs to shut down. The employees are misrisble and do care for showing it, they are rude and disrespectful and have no problem yelling at you for no reason. Its a waste of money and time to go here. I would rather drive all the way to 9 mile then go to this location. Shut this location down!

I live close to this location, and that is the only reason I will go there.. Out of desperation or convenience. But then I forget how inconvenient it is when I get there and they mess up my order, charge me the wrong amount, and have a very bad attitude. If you asked for a coffee a certain way, they will just give you somebody elses coffee. What a joke of a business. They need to move out so that another serious business can replace them.

I love Timmys, but dont go here in the morning. Park in KFC parking lot and walk across and go inside. Trust me. Ive been blocked in by these coffee craving zombies. These people will wait 10 days in their cars for the drive through to wait and get their coffee. Everyone is super lazy and no one goes inside so just go inside and get your coffee. Ive seen the line extend all the way onto Harper and these people will wait years ha!

Poor service!! I ordered a box of dark roast to go and got attitude from the manager. Made a big deal that I was taking all the dark roast they had. Not my fault its a coffee shop and they dont know how to replenish coffee.. will not be going back to that Tim Hortons probably stick with Starbucks from now on..
