Today (02/26/2015) about 3:30pm I went to this particular location for a meal. There were only a few customers in the restaurant with no employee behind the counter to take my order. However, there was one server to the left behind the counter making a smoothie for a customer, which took several minutes. All the while, she did not acknowledge my presence nor did two other servers who passed by her and went into the kitchen. After she finished making the smoothie and gave it to the customer, she briefly looked my way and continued to ignored me and pretended to work at her station. I waited another few minutes without any assistance and finally walked out very disappointed. I find it hard to believe this happened to me. Was it because Im African American? Or, was it employee incompetence or poor training, or something else. When I told my wife about this she said she has had poor service there also - that servers are not customer friendly and helpful. I think management needs to be aware of this type of poor service.

Health code violations. A worker brought the meal out to my son. He took a bite out of the sandwich and realized they did not put any meat on the sandwich. It was just bread and mayonnaise. The same worker came by and realized they had forgotten to put on the meat and took the sandwich back to the kitchen. Instead of making a new sandwich they used the same bread that was handled and already taken a bite out of and placed the meat and cheese on the same bread. THIS IS HIGHLY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! I plan on calling the board of health. Also in the past two months we have ordered broccoli cheese soup and it was COLD!!! I think they need to shut this place down.

My family came in today and had a horrible experience. After waiting over 20 minutes we went up to see what the delay was in getting our order We found our food ( including chili and soup ) sitting on the pickup counter despite the fact we had a table alert. The soup and chili were ice cold so we took it back. Then tried to get a coffee which there was none. They never filled the coffee. To top it off the manager was rude and made no apologies that it took 30 minutes to get a mediocre meal. I frequent this location often and service has been on the decline I think I need to find a restaurant that appreciates my business

This is my hometown Panera. Its a well-run restaurant. I like most items on the menu, including the sandwiches, soups and salads. My favorite bagel is the Asiago and my favorite soup is chicken and rice. I will say I do not care for the kids mac and cheese, but given that Im not a kid, I probably shouldnt have ordered it. It was too rich for me. Do note that this is not a place to go if you have a gluten allergy. Though there are some items on the menu that dont have gluten, they once told me they cant guarantee anything is completely gluten free.

Not pleased at all I just left I ordered a spinach and artichoke soufflé and a warm chocolate chip cookie well I get to the car and decided to eat my cookie first and its cold ice cold nothing warm about it its laying on top of the soufflé everythings just touching The soufflé did not come in a little box nor did the cookie come in its on bag or wrapper!! Not to mention I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone help me both girls just that theyre looking confused looking around the whole store not paying any attention

Jenna the manager was very rude. They threw my sandwich in the container and when I opened it my meat was everywhere. They are very over priced. My friend asked for a chicken ceaser salad and forgot the chicken, dressing, and fork. They also forgot the baggets and the service was just terrible. Except jaquees was very helpful and kind. I will be calling corporate on Jenna.

Food is very good, only a small issue with the salad. Wait time was a little long due to lunch rush, but the baguette was forgotten. Id prefer to wait an extra minute and receive everything I ordered the first time. Spoke with the manager who made it right. I would return to this location.

I havent been for a few years. Had a gift card so decided to go have some dinner before my nieces choir concert. I was very impressed with the seating situation Wi-Fi capabilities excetera. I was very disappointed with the food the serving sizes and the price for what you actually get.

The overall service is pretty good at this location however the coffee tends to be cold during the lunch hour. The food is the typical Panera good and the arrangement of tables and seating is pretty good. Otherwise I would give it five stars if not for the coffee.
