I always have issues with this location. Nothing I order ever comes out right. Its not that Im ordering strange or complicated things as every other starbucks in the area has no issues with them. I have tried it any way I can, hoping there would be just one good experience but there hasnt been. Drive through waits are ridiculous and usually the person working it is so rude. In store waits are just as long. Ordering ahead just means waiting for a remade order here. Management tells me over and over they are training new people but after 6 months of this... i doubt it. Go to 12 mile and gratiot or to the location in the Kroger at 13 and little mack. What a disappointment

Theres nothing uniquely different then any other starbucks but it gets 5 stars nonetheless. My drinks are always made how i like it. I recently tried the caramel brulee latte amd and was overjoyed with how good it was. It was perfectly sweet and surprisingly it captured that burnt caramel flavor that you would get from a traditional brulee. I also had the smores tart and its a perfect sweet treat. It balances the right amount of sweetness of chocolate and marshmellow. Service is better than average although when its busy it goes out the window.

Being told "Sorry bout ir!!" in a sarcastic tone when I ask if they no longer carry something by Ariel, then waiting nearly 20 minutes for a venti mocha because Sharon "Just hasnt gotten to it yet," is ridiculous. Worst Starbucks location ever. Ive been to better in Target or HyVee. Ask if my drink is coming anytime soon and Sharon tells me she is the only person scheduled making drinks, that everyone else is only doing reguster or is too new to help out.

Third time at a Starbucks and its awful once again. If you dont order a frappacino or something its about a 20 minute wait. I asked for a dark roast with 2 and 2 and the cashier neglected to tell me I needed to do it myself so 20 minutes later a get a black coffee. Not usually a problem but I wanted cream and sugar. Just overall an annoying experience every single time.

Year its on my route to work staff is friendly and polite they know my name and what im drinking wheathet itd the winter or summer time i love this star bucks i stay in the city and on my off days i even cum here. To get a piece a mind also. The bathroom r always clean i luv that nothing like a clean bathroom

This Starbucks is a bit bigger than others in the area, so theres usually a place to sit. Its also quite close to another Starbucks - both on Gratiot Avenue in Roseville. If youre ordering using the mobile app, double check the address, so your order goes to the right location.

They love my little grandson! They always make our drinks correctly! The manager on duty the day we visited even corrected an issue for me from another store, she went above and beyond, when she really didnt have to, that is what I call doing business the old fashioned way!

This location is my favorite, because every single time I order my coffee frapp with toffee nut syrup it taste exactly the same, I have been to many others and the taste always varies, never just right. Everyone is always friendly too.

Venti Mocha Frappuchino is my go-to drink here and on hot days its great to get it quick through the drive-through window. The shop always smells great with all the coffee brewing and tasty treats they have

Great morning staff, extremely fast and always accurate. Night shift is usually very slow, wait times in Drive through are usually 10 minutes or more. Definitely recommend for your AM coffee fix.
