Just. A. Bad. Experience. Unfortunately, I came here with my friends on a slow Saturday night. We were not greeted or asked for seating but instead had to find a waitress hiding behind the bar for a table. Nearly 20 minutes went by before we got our water. Then, a good 20-30 minutes later my friend had to go find our waitress to get menus. It was terrible customer service but I tried to put it aside because I like the restaurant for its table games. Soon after we ordered I asked for the shuffleboard pucks(probably the wrong terminology but you get the idea) and was kindly told they just needed to hold on to my ID. Thats it. I ended up leaving the restaurant without my ID. That is where the trouble really started. I came in 2 days later to pick it up but was told by an extremely dogmatic manager that they wouldnt give it back til I paid $28 for shuffleboard! I kindly explained that I was not informed and that I would appreciate it if he could cut me a deal but was consistently told that I was without a doubt in the wrong. I was forced to pay for my license and for an employees blunder. I would never have even played shuffleboard there if I knew it was a whopping $9 an hour! This experience really ruined a decent and fun venue for me. I thought Orleans was a nice place but I would not go there again. Disrespectful and prejudiced institutions are not the place for me. I would recommend walking down the street to bath city bistro or another venue where you are treated kindly and, simply put, as a customer.

Waited 20 mins to even see a waitress despite it not being crowded. Ordered drinks and waited another 15 mins to order food. Waitress reaked of weed which, ok whatever, but at least that explains why its so slow. She also didnt know what beers were on draft and just asked us to name beers we might want, which they didnt have. Keno machine broke and we asked if it would come back and the bartender acted like we were asking her to part the Red Sea. Overall an annoying experience and mediocre bar.

Consistency has been the key with Orleans, especially after nearly 20 years in business. I have been coming here since the opening and have enjoyed every visit. Our family has held many milestone birthday parties here and the staff has always delivered. Orleans has survived because the owners know what it takes to operate a solid restaurant; great food, clean establishment, fair prices, laid back atmosphere and a friendly staff.

Friendly downtown Mount Clemens sports bar with great bartenders and lots of game tables, flat screen televisions, and electronic games. Great place to meet with friends for lunch or meetings! Good food and pizza too! My favorite downtown water hole for sure!

Out of all the places that have come and gone in Mt. Clemens, Orleans is a strong survivor. That is because of the friendly staff, great atmosphere, tasty food, extensive beer selection and just a fun place to hang out with friends and family.

Awesome place and atmosphere and the food here is surprisingly good as well. Their pizza is excellent and menu is extensive. Although the downtown area has seemed like a ghost town recently, Orleans is one of the bright spots still there.

Great atmosphere and they have good sized pool tables. The tables need a little love but they are very playable. The food is always great. Most of the servers are excellent. Its a nice place to grab a beer, eat dinner and play some pool.

If you get ok service you should consider yourself lucky at best. Servers are rude and slow. Management that is clearly intoxicated will yell at you for being"loud" in an empty bar. For real dont come here.

Orleans is a great place to go if you want to get together with friends, play some pool and have a drink. The staff are great, the place is clean and its located in a decent area in Mount Clemens.

Try the Philky Cheesesteak pizza! Great appetizers and decent prices. Good to go and share a meal. Took a friend for her 21st birthday and waitress and bartender were both very kind and helpful.
