It was one of THOSE mornings... but salvation was on its way in the form of an extra-espresso shot frozen delight... when the beautiful, condensation-beaded cup slipped through my fingers and splattered the deliciousness down my car door and onto the pavement. I stared in disbelief. Thank goodness for the super-friendly, super-fast barista serving me. I had a replacement caffeine crutch in no time, with a smile and a laugh about those kind of mornings.

Best mocha Ive had in a long time! The barista who made my drink yesterday afternoon was great! She was very friendly and made an amazing drink. Biggby drinks can be mild and sweet so I always ask for extra espresso. My drink was perfect. I could actually taste the espresso which was a pleasant suprise from Biggby. I highly recommend this location!

They are THE BEST Biggy on the East Side. I go there every day to get my coffee. The baristas there are the friendliest folks I have ever met. Mary and Katie ROCK! Way better than tropical smoothie nearby! Little birdie tells me they will have ice cream too! Best owners ever! Feeling the love every day ❤❤❤❤❤

Wonderful staff that use to and still does but the owner is terrible. He treats his employees terrible and has screwed them over more than once. Sadly I wouldnt support this store even though it has had some amazing baristas.
