Smoothies delicious, customer service at this location awful. They say order ahead, skip the line. I ordered ahead and asked when I got in there where I was supposed to go if I ordered ahead. Was told by one of the teens working there that I had to wait in line. Waited almost 15 minutes before I finally reached the front of the line and the guy there informs me I could have skipped the line. When I told him what the other girl said he backtracked and said oh its whatever she said then. I ended up being late to work because of their disorganization. I love the tropical smoothie brand but found the customer service at this location lacking. Perhaps the employees there need to go through the training process again and have a senior member there to supervise them during their shifts.

the food is great but most of your female staff acts like fourteen year old girls gossiping obnoxiously loud enough for customers to hear. Sadly its not only your location that employs these childish young ladies. It drives customers away. In addition I want to identify these young ladies as two petite very smal girls one with silver or blue hair? And the other one has some crazy fake eyelash exstensions and blonde hair didnt get names but hope this helps eliminate the problems. Horrible horrible customer service, gave someone their smoothie and said "Trisha? Or whatever your name is?" Appalling, infuriating. Feel bad for the young men on staff who do their job and have to be around and listen to the middle schoolers banter. Dissapointed.

Smoothies are always good, never had a problem. Staff sucks. No customer service skills. When a customer ordered his smoothies but they gave him the wrong flavor, they accused him of being wrong when in reality they just put the wrong smoothie in the system. Instead of fighting with the customer, just make them happy and give them the right smoothie. I also had a coupon for a $1.99 sandwich with a smoothie purchase. She rang up my sandwich/smoothie combo for $1.99. Never got the sandwich but wasnt complaining about the $1.99 smoothie that was rung up wrong. Maybe there should be more than high schoolers working there. Someone with seniority and someone that has customer service skills.

Terrible customer service. I waited several minutes for smoothie and the watched other customers receiving their smoothie before my order. I mentioned something to staff and the young lady stated that tickets get mixed up. I would have accepted that if there was an apology instead of attitude. Then the young lady went to the other staff and started talking about it while I was waiting. Made me feel very uncomfortable as if I was in the wrong. Prior to my order an order for another customer had to be remade because she made the wrong one. Again no accountability from staff including manager. Consumers understand that accidents happen....but apologize.

My wife and I have been there 5 times. First was fine, our food and smoothies were great. The second I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothie and the one sandwich was totally not what we ordered. Staff is not focused. Sometimes some of the girls are talking to boyfriends or something the whole time we are there. Then tonight we went and got a carry out... my wife being vegan special orders her sandwich. We get home and it had cheese and all the things we said to take off.on it. I even gave a paper with the exact order. Might not go back or maybe try another location.

Smoothies are good 5/5 The food is disgusting they should get out of that game. 0/5 The reason I gave 3/5 stars is because the whole store is run by teenagers and its very unprofessional and I felt very awkward in the store. As the workers (teenagers) were all talking amongst themselves very loudly about topics that are inappropriate for a smoothie shop and should be left in high school. All in all food is nasty smoothies are good and atmosphere is bad, if you come here just get a smoothie and leave.

Food is great! But the gem of this location is the service. One of the managers Dana, she really knows how to treat customers. Friendly, engaging, polite and always has a smile on. Customer service is number one is any establishment and a few of there employees understand this. Highly recommend.

At the location I was at we arrived at 8:58 pm and waited in the line and as soon as we were up at the register the lady told us " we closed at 9". So I left and checked the time and it was just 9. As I was about to leave 6 other people went in and were not told to leave. This is very rude.

Went here on a Sunday when the time said they opened at 7am and they were not open. Love this place but hours should be posted correctly on Google and also the hours are not posted on the building unless the open sign is on so how do we know when they actually open??

Just to let you guys know...when someone drops a full smoothie its proper customer service to offer to replace it OR to help clean it!!!! Tropical smoothie as a brand is awesome but from my experience at this location...Ill never go back. Thanks for ruining my day.

Staff was fantastic! I came in with multiple orders to place and they were very patient with me. Before I knew it they had everything ready for me! They even helped me carry it to my car. Couldnt have asked for better service!!!
