Last night after shopping, my fiance decided to grab a drink from Starbucks. There were a couple of things that caught my attention that werent okay. 1) It took really long to get our drinks - there was no line, and there were two people working. 2) There were chemicals on the counter by the milk steamer, and the barista was taking wipes that looked like clorox/lysol wipes, and cleaning the milk steamer -- afterwards my fiance just threw his drink away because he didnt want to drink something after chemicals had just touched the milk steaming wand. 3) The two women working behind the counter were more concerned with talking to one another than even starting our drinks. I used to be a barista, and what I saw honestly made me shocked, and worried about our drinks that were just made.

Used to get good service here. This last time it was unsatisfactory. The frappuccinos that my crew purchased were all of a mostly liquid consistency like it was all very light ice and hastily blended. Not sure what issue was with the barista, but putting out bad product isnt a very good idea. Additionally, we had the card to receive a free drink after collecting four stamps. The card reads that you "get one stamp for each drink" and was told that it didnt work that way and it was one per visit. Does not state this on the promotion. End result, my staff and I will not be returning to this location.
