I visited today, 6/6/2016, and had a terrible experience. I ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich and a Caesar Side Salad from the lunch menu, seems simple, but the cook managed to get my order wrong. When I brought it to the waiters attention that there was no bacon on my sandwich I was told that the cook didnt put it on the sandwich because they didnt have any ready, as if their job isnt to prepare whatever food is ordered. The waiter then proceeded to offer to bring me a side of bacon to the table, not to have the sandwich prepared properly, but to bring me a side of bacon so that I could do it myself. Though I didnt go to a restaurant intending to make my own sandwich, I agreed to have the bacon brought to me. About ten minutes later, the waiter returned to my table with a few small strips of extremely burnt bacon. The waiter actually had the nerve to sit black bacon on the table in front of me, and tell me to enjoy. When I told her that the bacon was burnt, I was given another excuse as to why the cook was having a hard time with my order (it was burnt because the cook tried to make it in a pan). Because of time constraints, I decided to not have the sandwich, and asked to have it removed from my bill. When the bill was brought to my table I noticed that I had been charged $5 for a caesar side salad. The "manager" who never even came to my table to apologize, or see if there was any way that I could be properly accommodated didnt even take half off of the $7 meal. The whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. It is truly a shame when you cant enjoy a salad and sandwich at a restaurant because the employees are incredibly lazy and incompetent. I will never visit this TGI Fridays again.

Tried to take a party of 20 to dinner and was told "Sorry, cant seat no more than 10, company policy" by a rude manager in a sweater vest (cant remember his name). We explained that each family had a number system to make sure the orders and bills were correct but he couldve cared less. Whats worse is we do this at restaurants all around town WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! We left and took our business elsewhere and called another store about their "policy" and was told that was absolutely NOT the case. We called the manager back and informed him that their policy didnt exist and he acted like he didnt care until we said we were calling the district manager. Too late at this point. Save your aggravation and go to Troy. They care and are willing to do what it takes to get your business.

We went here at around 10pm for a late bday dinner with my husband and daughter. Our waiter asked us why we had come so late to eat, as if he didnt want to wait on anyone else. It was weird. Our waiter was lazy and service was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, sticky, and smelly... and there was no paper. Food was just okay, and slightly over priced for quality and portion size... not the best experience, we did not enjoy ourselves and we are easy going and good tippers.... we just wont be back to this location. Ive heard that if the bathroom is gross then expect that the kitchen isnt much better. We just wont be back. That bathroom was unforgivable... yuck

As always, the food was great but service was horrible. I understand that we had couple kids and as a fellow server I understand the sterotype. But if she would have tried a little, would have been a good tip. I had to ask for silverware to eat our food, drink orders were wrong (just pop and choclate milk). Never came back to check on us. Asked for refill 3 times. I understand a bad day but not even apologetic. No "Sorry Ill get that right away" Just one word OKs as responses. And it was a slow time of the day. I love the food, but this isnt the first time we had bad service. Also, wife said bathrooms were not that nice.

Terrible service, every single time. Ive isually gone after 10 PM so I cant speak about the normal dinner times. Youd think its just one bad server, or one bad experience but nope. Everytime the server is no where to be found... They dont bring you things when you ask, the order and bill are often incorrect. Why is this okay for such a large establishment??? My family owns a restaurant and this type of service would never be OK with any customer.

My friend and I came from the TGIF on Vandyke just before going to this one because they were horrible. This place was the exact opposite. Greeted right away, busy, friendly staff members and great service and food. I just wish they had more booth options available because Im 9 months pregnant and had to sit in a small 2 seat booth with my friend. Very cramped but the good service and food made up for it.

Some friends and I went yesterday to this location and the waitress was very nice at the beginning. We waited 40 minutes for our food and before our food even got to us the ice in our waters was melted. The waitress gave us attitude when we asked for some ice. She was rude when my friend asked for mayo for her burger. The food wasnt very good either. It all tasted frozen. Probably never going to go back.

Service was sub par. There were flies everywhere, making it difficult to eat, let alone unsanitary! Bourbon Mahi definitely not even worth half of the price I paid. Plus only 2 Tony pieces of under cooked broccoli and tiny salad. My daughter had shrimp pasta; soggy, over cooked shrimp, veggies and pasta. Also all very greasy. Wont be going back

Went into this location at 7:15pm with my pregnant wife to be seated in the smallest table ever. Neither of us could fit so I asked for a normal table . The host told me "sorry my man thats what you get" needless to say we left an will not return . As we were leaving he was seating a couple at a normal size table. What a joke.

Terrible service , my son and I waited 20 minutes or more. The greeter came over took our drink order because no waiter or waitress had came by ton take order. He took our drink order, but the drinks never came. I try not to make things a racial issue. They seemed to of made it one. I was so disappointed no service.

It was a horribile experience they where very slow in serving food and they where not busy.The waitress was not friendly it could have been better.The host seats people to close to others. This is the only time I felt like I want be back for a long time. They use to be great. Not so much now.
