Olive garden has really gone downhill, their food is horendous. My son, age 6, wanted to come here recently for a date night, I reluctantly agreed as I had been here a few months prior and the food was awful then. He ordered the kiddie alfredo and I ended up getting the buy1 take 1 alfredo suggested by the waitess because why not, the second 1 was free and although I knew i wouldnt eat this nastiness my husband would. So we ordered and they brought the breadsticks and salad, the ONLY redeeming quality olive garden has, then our meals. We BOTH received child meals delivered by a runner. He actually sat a kiddie bowl of pasta down in front of me. This review is Not for our waitess, she was apologetic and helpful. She noticed as she was walking by and told me not to eat it, then came back about 10 minutes later and told me to eat it that they would give me 1 to take home, Well My Son Was Almost Done With His meal. I was sitting there thinking, oh man this could get ugly. You try keeping a 6 y.o. boy occupied in a restaurant while you try to eat. Thank God for those tablets at the table, lifesaver! So About 10 minutes later they bring me an adult portion of alfredo & after that she came back with my to-go order and boxed up the one she had just delivered. Only good thing was my husband and kids had dinner for the next day. Nastiness, will definitely never return.

We go here very often and today was kinda sad. Faith sat us. Heather was our server but was basically nonexistent until the very end. I actually started watching the time once I had drank my water. I finished it at 6:30 ish. Come 6:46 my boyfriend finished his as well. I took until 6:55 pm until Q the food runner helping heather got us waters because I had already asked our server. I also in the beginning asked for extra bread. I got that right before I was completely finished with my meal. Food as good all but the soup. The dumplings were so soft I didnt even have to chew it at all and the soup alone had bearly any spinach in it nor was it as thick as it usually is. Mind you the soup was the whole reason for our visit. We got soup chicken gnocchi Shrimp scampi Frita as our appetizer Then angel hair asiago garlic Alfredo with chicken fritters on top. Mostly the thing was, was that we had to constantly ask for things over and over again. Plus this wasnt my first time there and we know the drill and how thing should go and frankly we didnt think that our service was all that great compared to the wonderful experiences weve had before. Also the soup being the way it was was quite disappointing. That is why I give it a three star rating.

Absolute worst dining experience Ive ever had in any restaurant that includes McDonalds they didnt bring out are salads until our food was ready our drinks came after that I ordered the tour of Italy my food was cold and obviously had been reheated and probably scraped off of another plate onto my plate and when I said this to not only the waiter but the manager it was never denied or argued that they didnt do that and I was still charged for it even though I ate none of it my childrens food at least their side dishes were completely forgotten until after the meal was over the only thing that was decent about the entire meal was the waiter he was a decent employee and from his best as I can tell a good man unfortunately for him hes in a terrible restaurant in dire need of some help. Forgot to add they served us the table next to ourss food my kids grabbed the bread and then we realized this wasnt our food thats when the waiter picked it up and put it on the right table after my kids had grabbed food from it they served it to other people Thats just wrong you dont do that to those people

We went for dinner after long day of fun on July 4th, were given a place right away but seats were very congested. Very odd placement of seats. Food was Ok although it does not taste Italian. It comes close to ordinary Coney Island restaurants. I hated the service. This lady had no mannerisms that one expects from Italian server. And it was because she was not Italian. She was rushing with the order, placed kids meal with a thud. Very loud and no where close to being polite. When main course was brought, no plates were given and she was not around for a while. She did not bother to come and check how we were finding the food. She showed up finally with a check and using ziosk asked me to tip 20%, by then I had it enough and for the first time plainly refused to pay any tip. She insisted on getting a tip which was odd behavior from Olive Garden server and I asked if she wants me to explain. She said not needed. Me and my wife still wondering what we did to offend her. My advice - never visit this place if you are really into Italian food and want to enjoy its experience.

My 5yr old daughter had to use the restroom so I took her in the mens room and it was absolutely disgusting. One of the stalls had poop all over the toilet seat and the other stall had urine. I picked the urine stall and had to clean off the toilet before my kid peed her pants. We returned to our table and our food was just coming out. My wife and kids orders were fine just what they ordered and looked good. I ordered the Tuscon steak medium and it looked like they microwaved it in butter and it was as well done as you could get it. I have ordered this dish several times before and it has never looked like this. The server took it back and had them make another one this time it was cooked right but it still looked really bad compared to previous visits. They didnt garnish it or season it. They offered a free desert for one person to make up for the experience. Lol! I will say the server was good and so was the lady who took the plates they were both very pleasant. I will definitely be trying some other Italian places before settling in this place again.

Got there waited 8 minutes another family sat down they got their drink orders I had to go up front to the host to let them know that they had not even taking our drink orders yet. After that everything else went wrong. They consider giving me dipping sauce for the Bread was a apology for bad service. I would have been good with good service in the first place. I dont blame the wait staff I blame management. How do you let your customers slip through the system and have to wait and ask for service. I am 46 years old and I will tell u I will never ever eat at Olive Garden again!! My daughter picked this restaurant and I explained to her why I only paid 18 for a tip I always pay 20 good or bad service but you have to know that the restaurant itself is poorly managed. It is not the wait staff fault that the they are poorly managed they can even wait on people in a timely manner. I consider this an issue with the franchise itself management not the wait staff. Never again olive garden will I pay to eat at your restaurant!
