We went to Buffalo Wold Wings on a Friday night in Marion, Ohio and were served and when we received our check back our card was missing. After 45 minutes of searching, blaming us for the card being misplaced, a manager finally approached us. Apparently he was not informed about the situation until 45 minutes later. Our waitress never apologized for any inconvenience or took any responsibility for the situation. Then, when I returned to get her name to file a complaint, the waitresses were standing in a huddle blaming us for our card being lost. It was absolutely disgraceful. We had to call and cancel our card in the restaurant because it was more than likely given to another customer. I am absolutely appalled at how disrespectful the staff was. I will never step foot in a BWW again and make sure that everyone I know hears how terribly this was handled.

The time of our visit was 815 pm on Saturday night, restaurant was about half full. Our service was terrible from the beginning. She was uninterested in our business, bothered by everyone in the restaurant and clearly over worked. The food was great but was foreshadowed by the lackluster service. At the end of our meal the manager came over and brought us carryout boxes and our check, however, the face off with the server was yet to come. As she threw the ink pen across the counter for me to sign, I promptly gave her 0.00 tip, pointed it out to her and all the near by patrons and offered her 2 words of encouragement. Needless to say, I will never darken their door again. I would suggest everyone do the same.

The people who work here are nice and you get your food quickly enough. But what happened to the wings here? I remember when this place first opened in Marion, it was the best wing joint. Now, the wings are either too dry and rubbery, or they glop way too much sauce over them. Boneless or traditional, either style seems to have the same issue. However, you simply cant beat Bdubs sauce selection. Youve got a huge variety to choose from, and they always seem to be modifying existing sauces or adding new ones. Cannot complain there. Their other foods are decent, such as their burgers and wraps. But when youre paying what you pay for the quality of food you get here? Sometimes its not worth it.

This place is ok to eat at a little slow and snobby people..but as far a employment it sucks never work here at all...they waste your time ans treat all the employees unfair..i worked at bw3s in Columbus moved up to marion and wasted my time and gas to run me around and interview me just for them to tell me that the columbus store dont know what happen to me and the marion store did not hire me..nice way to waste my time and gas never will i go back here to eat or work bad bad business

Tried to buy bottles of wing sauce. First the tried to charge me to much. Then the were clueless as to where it was, so I told them Id wait until they found it before I paid. After waiting around for 10 minutes while they tried to find it I left. Pathetically under trained staff. 1.20.2017 Totally unaccommodating, service was terrible, manager offered no help...

The food is always yummy and everyone is super nice. However you wait forever for your food. It isnt just the Marion location. I have been to Mount Vernon and a number of the Columbus locations and had to wait forever. The Marion location is much better in the quality of the food as well as the staff

Service was horrible... Our food came out before our drinks. Server was extemely slow. We paid our bill, then she asked if Id like another pop, she brought another bill along with my pop. Why would I want to pay for a refill if I already paid my bill?!? I wont be going back unless the meal is free!

I ordered boneless wings and was told I could choose multiple sauces for my large order, but when I did they forgot one of my sauces and didnt toss my wings. Without sauce the breading was too crunchy, and dipping didnt work very well, especially with the dry rubs

The worst BWW Ive been to. Nasty wings that taste like rubber and they put way to much sauce on them. The workers are dumber then a box of rocks. They must hire some LD retards from the local high school! I wouldnt have these idiots change my cats litter box

Lost regular customers tonight. Husband works 60+ hours a week inside and was told we were not allowed to dine on the patio per manager. Whats the point of having a patio if management says we cant sit out there? Done! Gladly taking our business elsewhere!

Food is not bad, but this place is so loud you cant have a conversation with someone at your table. The acoustics in there are terrible, and the overhead music is blaring at you all the time. Thought it would be better after remodel, but its not.

Food is alright but is always hit or miss. Either you get to much sauce or none at all. The staff here is mostly teens or young twenties and have very little respect or compassion for customers. Atmosphere is always noisy as expected.

The staff is very friendly and attentive here and the service is fast. Ive never had to wait to be seated or served even on BOGO nights. Only critique I have is that the chicken they use for the Caribbean Jerk wings is rubbery.

Love the atmosphere and servers are always great! Lots of room, but if theyre packed, just go to the bar area. Usually good seating available there. Easy access from Rt 95 and lots of parking. Great food!!

It was ok. Havent been there in a while but the blazing wings were hot but the beer wasnt cold enough to last thru the meal so probably awhile I go there again. But wasnt too disappointing.

This place just got remodel and looks great. Food is always good. If you are going there for a lunch break you might want to call ahead because it takes over an hour to get your food..

Staff is usually pretty friendly. Good place to have wings or grab a decent burger. Salads are a bit overpriced for what they are.
