Been here three times -- frustrating experience every time. I was hoping it was just this location but a previous reviewer said this was one of the best in Central Ohio. Location is clean, but takeout service is painfully slow. I get it, cook to order is going to take some time. So my most recent order I ordered online for 30 minutes later, and it still took 10 minutes to get my food. Apparently they dont drop your fries until you arrive for takeout; my experience was them dropping them 5 minutes after I arrived. Five Guys should put a warning on their website when you add fries to your order that itll add 5-10 minutes instead of sneaking it onto the receipt (I was in a hurry, so I would have forgone them). While waiting I glanced around at all the shells of people wondering if/when their food was ever going to come. Finally got my food and went home to discover it was wrong. Nice staff, but three strikes and youre out.

Dont go in at 9:30 pm to place a Togo order unless you want the fry cook to stare you down like he wants to murder/face rape you. He will then proceed to over season your seasoned fries to the point where you cannot eat them. All this after hurriedly slamming the chairs back under the tables and huffing and puffing as he puts his apron back on to do his job 30 minutes before the place closes. Great food. Horrible service. Awful experience Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 9:30 pm at the Grove City, Ohio location.

Excellent burgers! Freshly cooked by order. Juicy, hot and soooo tasty. We always split a small fry because they always toss extra in the bag making it enough for two. Fries are always hot and fresh with just a bit of salt. Love this place. My favorite stop when Im having a burger craving.

Place is cool, burger tastes good but it really expensive. Honestly I could have went down the street and got a similar burger with a bunch more sides and a drink for what I spent there. Service was also really slow. Good experience but not something Im going often.

Delicious burgers and boardwalk-style fries with a deluxe Coke machine where you can create hundreds of combinations. Free peanuts while youre waiting. Double burgers are standard. If you want a single patty order the little.

Best burgers in town! They have fresh toppings and tasty fries. Not giving a 5 star rating because it is the only 5 Guys location that does not make milkshakes. If they had that ability... I would give 5 stars.

Burgers are always great but they skimp on fries at this location. Large fry supposed to feed 4 but lucky to feed 1. Not worth 5 dollars per fry order to me. Better to visit pickerington location!
