Let me just start by saying that I have been to this Pizza place quite a few times and my last experience if I could give them zero stars I would. The only times I have been here service was great pizza was OK but the last time I came service was very nonchalant and the pizza was horrible but I guess thats my fault you shouldnt get a thin crust pizza at a place that is known for deep dish pizza. Then again you shouldnt have it on the menu if it will be crappy. When I pick my pizza it was cold like it had been sitting out for quite a while and when I called and spoke with management she decided that she would debate me and tell me I could come in for another pizza why would I want to come in for another nasty pizza instead of having my money back in my pocket and I can just go right over to buddys pizza. Then I spoke with the owner and he was even worse then the manager I spoke with he was extremely nonchalant like he could care less that his business. Serves cold food. I will take my business right back to buddies pizza like I have been doing. Sorry unos you just lost a customer

I eat out alot, and this was some of the best service Ive received. The waiter Wyatt took our order and made sure that everything was correct. Than he out our order in. 15 minutes later when our food could have or should have come out, the manager, Doug, came over and said the cooks had added a item they shouldnt have. Long story short, the manager replaced the pizza, gave us the messed up Pizza instead of just tossing and wasting food. Gave us a free salad and free dessert. They were more concerned with our satisfaction than being concerned about their franchise making money. That doesnt happen much. So Id like to say thank you so much Wyatt and Doug. We appreciate you making our experience what it was. :) we will be back. We liked it before this, but now we are definitely loyal customers.

I have eaten here multiple times and the food is always great (they have an amazing salad with blueberries and cheese and blueberry dressing), but the service is hit or miss. I have had great service and poor service, but the worst experience I have had at Unos was when I went there for a school fundraiser. We had a large group coming in and tried to emphasize that when we set up the event, but Unos didnt heed our warning and they were not prepared. First, they booked another group, so we were confined to one area of the restaurant. We ran out of seats and they only had two servers working to serve and bartend for over 100 people. It took most people well over an hour to get their food. I would not recommend holding a fundraiser here if you will have a large group.

Skinless Baked Potatoes who ever would have thought but they did and they are great. I enjoy going there for a meal with family and friends always good food and service. Only one time did I have a problem with my order as it came to the table like it had been sitting in the freezer instead of in the oven cooking. Management took care of that right away and with a smile. Very apologetic. Gluten free menu is still a little short of filling those with this type of disorder but...their gluten free food tastes good which is more than many of the places that i have tried

Everytime I come here I have a great meal and a great time. The prickly pair margarita is one of my favorites. Last time I came here the waitress accidentally brought the wrong pizza which had one ingredient more than it was supposed to but we liked it anyways. The girl apologized and a few minutes later the manager walked over with the correct pizza even though we had said we were fine and would eat the one we had. The new pizza was boxed for us so we ate the other stuff that we had a whole pizza to take home with us.

Holy moly, was this place amazing! I had the salmon, a huge portion that was made perfectly. For my two sides, I had smashed cauliflower (life-changingly good) and Brussels sprouts (also good, except that the menu had them listed as "Brussels sprouts with bacon" and there was no bacon to be found?) The meal also came with a breadstick, which was a nice surprise. All in all, the price was very reasonable for the quality and size of the food. The atmosphere is great as well. I cannot wait to go back and try more!

well well well. ill get straight to the point....we ordered the "buy 1 get 1 for $5.00"...ordered, was ready quick which is nice...got our pizza, smelled great..got home..and opened it...not good... flavor was way off from a traditional hearty Chicago pizza...and...my girlfriend found a piece of black plastic in her pizza..i examined because i know she freaks out about stuff...but it was LEGIT! this is an honest review and i like giving places tries, but ill stick with jets thank you very much.

Great menu for more than just their awesome pizza. Sat at the bar this time, things went good overall. Her drink wasnt made right and the nachos were a bit over cooked. I dont like to complain about what I call minor stuff on account of some kind of retaliation. If anyone has seen the movie "waiting" or worked in the industry. However I will go back, great over all. Not every visit can be perfect.

Great place ! Great food! Great service! We sit at the bar and the managers are awesome he always makes sure we are satisfied with the meal. My favorite waitress/bartender is Brittany! She is always smiling and making us feel like real guests. We go here sometimes 3 x a week , it is definitely one of our regular places. Have never been disappointed! Try the appetizer sampler, a pizza or a burger!

The pizza is fantastic, but the service has really gone downhill over the last year. Some of the other Foods just arent as good as they used to be. My father ordered the steak tips and it was almost all fat. I ordered an appetizer and it never ended up coming out yet they still tried to charge me for it. They did end up removing it from the bill.

We went to Unos using a $10 off of a $25 purchase coupon from their email Club. I received it for my birthday. I want to compliment Unos on how hot their food is served and the quality of their service. At their price point the service is outstanding. Very clean friendly staff great food. We really enjoyed our evening out.

First and foremost, the pizza is amazing. The crust is buttery and flaky and oh so good. Secondly, the servers are very friendly and do a great job of tending to their customers. My fiancee and I recently had Ted as our server and he was great! Great location too, right next to a movie theater. Pizza and a movie!

Their GF thin crust pizza is awesome. Ssooo good. Its the closest to regular pizza I have tasted since going Gluten free. Their gluten free menu has great choices. Chicken stuffed with spinach and broccoli is delicious. Curbside Service is always great and friendly. Never ate inside dining area though.
