I come here every time I am in the area because I really really love the food here, it is super good and there are a lot of healthy options for good prices! Unfortunately, over the past year, the staff has changed a lot and so has the customer service. Came in here the other day and stood at the bar for five minutes before any staff said a word to us even though they were standing right there. No one smiled and they were not very polite. I have worked in customer service and food places so I know that one of the top priorities is to take care of customers. It is really unfortunate that the staff is not so friendly because the food is so good. My mom wanted the veggies added to her pasta bowl and there were not a lot cooked and the girl making the bowl rolled her eyes when she asked to have them as part of her dish. I found this super irritating because as a paying customer, you should not have to feel like you are annoying the staff who are getting paid to put things that you want into your dish just because they did not feel like adding more vegetables into the bin. Completely unacceptable.

This place is very inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and its a different meal every time. The employees never smile. In fact, its as if they arent allowed to smile. The whole process is inconsistent as can be too. The one tall kid with glasses looks and sounds depressed as can be. His attitude makes my food taste worse. Its as if he needs to sit down extremely bad or hell pass out. Touching his neck then wrapping a burrito. Wiping his hands on his pants with no apron. Luckily it wasnt my food. He was putting his hands in the toppings too. First girl gave me about 2x the noodles as normal, then about 1/2 the portions. Then I can only add 2 toppings now. But cheese doesnt count as a topping. Rather confusing. How about put the menu where people can see it while they order too? Instead of having people memorize it then wait 10 minutes to be served and now they cant go back and look at it. Girl at the counter tried to ring up my food with another order. Had to ask me what my order was too.

I want to love this place I really do. Its a great concept with reasonable prices. The only problem is they have terrible procedures and extremely inconsistent food. Their chicken is routinely undercooked. Tonight my girlfriend ordered a salad without chicken and she got chicken on it, which wasnt just undercooked it was raw. Needless to say she cant eat any of the salad because the veggies contaminated the chicken. I will only get salmon when I order food here because they cook it fresh and I always ask for it well done just in case. Also employees dont seem to be trained all that well, there are no systems in place to help them ensure food safety and to speed up the line. They are usually very friendly though. They refunded my entire purchase tonight without any issues, so I give them credit for good customer service. If they could fix the consistency and food safety issues Id gladly give them a 5 star rating.

Would be a great place but is very unorganized. I have been coming to this Piada since it opened. The employees always look depressed. The customer service is lacking because they are not being managed properly. The last time I went it looked like the employees had a confrontation and the new girl was about to cry. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food. I have been to other piadas including the one in troy they get really busy but handle it with a smile. I managed a bistro before and they need guidance badly.

OMG! Considering that there only a large handful of ingredients, this food is glorious! Cant say enough about the salads, pasta & sandwiches. They only offer 2 soups, lobster & tomato bisque, both served fire hot & wonderful. The lobster bisque is better than any I have tried in fancy, so called "seafood" restaurants. Keeping the menu simple, the prices reasonable & the options fresh, make this a favorite.

This was my first time here, and I felt my dinner was fine. Perhaps I set my expectations too high. The pasta was a bit oily for my taste, and the soup wasnt anything special to me. The staff was friendly, and the food wasnt bad, but it wasnt anything that really captured my interest either. Perhaps Ill try this place again another time, and see how my next visit compares.

Really unorganized. 50% of the time its good 50% time terrible. They once forgot my meat on my steak piada. Next time my wife asked for parmesan piada they gave her pepperoni. Lines take too long. And subway skimpy portions. When theyre good theyre really good thats why i come back i hopes i get a great meal

Bad service they act like they have attitudes i asked for extra of a topping they have and she just gave as little as possible had to keep on asking. And the pasta was dry and they had no steak for the piada so they fired some up all 5 tiny chunks of it YES I counted and for $9 a sandwich they should be ASHAMED

Piada on Hall Rd used to be good until about a year ago. Staff seems to not like their jobs. Crispy chicken is always overcooked. The lettuce has that "just became too old to serve" taste to it. Will not go there anymore. Just another place with potential that has put profit over quality food and service.

So so... The pasta was dry and looked like it had been sitting out on that counter all afternoon. The chicken diavalo is what I got and it was spicy (yum!) and the chicken was delicious but again the pasta and sauce were nasty. Im so dissapointed and I definitely wont be going here again.

This is my second time coming in where there was nothing ready. The staff was nice enough but the food tasted pretty mediocre and I basically had to settle for something because I didnt feel like waiting an extra ten minutes for a few pieces of sausage

Love this place! Service can be slow and inconsistent but its worth it. Everything tastes very fresh. I recommend the Farm Club Tasca and the Chefs Favorite with crispy chicken. Cant forget the pepperoni stick! Delicious!

Chicken Diavolo Pasta is great and garlic dough is dangerously good. Pasta is made correctly, lots of commenters are complaining about it because they are used to overcooked pastas at chain restaurants.

Pleasant little surprise. Had no idea what this place was prior to visiting. Has an ordering process similar to that of Chipotle or Qdoba. Awesome food though. I recommend the steak piada.

Its the Qdoba of Italian Food. Many options, you can customize lots if you want. Solid prices, Great portions!! Nice comfy interior and environment with a slight upscale feel to it.
