A lovely dining experience with classy atmosphere, delicious food with large portions, and friendly staff. On a recent visit we had a wonderful server, Tony, who was professional and knowlegable, yet engaging and funny. One of the best servers I have ever had wait on me. If there is one criticism, it would be the way the entrance to the kitchen intersects with the walkway to the seating area, and the servers are often rushing in and out and my wife and I were nearly hit a few times.

We made arrangements for a large group to dine here. The dinner was ok but what happened after we got home is why Ill never return to this restaurant. We left a $160 tip on a $850 check and learned that one of the waitresses complained on social media we had left no tip. After contacting the manager and providing a screen capture of the employee comment, nothing was done. No retraction. No apology. Ill spend my $1000 elsewhere from now on.

Food wasnt good this time. Ziti noodles were hard on my plate and my cousins plate. We didnt care for the order of pasta we received. The taste wasnt good. My husband and I spent $41.26 plus our tip. We had to wait on refills, resulting to eating with no drink :( My cousins grandson loved his Cheese ravioli. My husband loved his chicken pasta dish. Think the waiter had too many tables to wait on. Poor service.

I have had a bad experience with something each time we go there. Whether its the cook trying to hide the rubber noodles under sauce, the waitress keep mentioning shes the only one still having a table in the ending hours or waiter, "assistant" waiter, manager and whoever the other woman was to literally ask us every 5 minutes how everything is. Oh or how they sit in our booth with us to get our order.

The food is always good but we had an additional element that made our group of 6 thoroughly enjoy our visit. Our waiter, Chad. Personable and attentive - funny and engaging. We WILL ask to be seated in his section whenever we dine there. The restaurant itself is always clean and the ambiance nice. We have come to expect nothing less than an enjoyable meal here.

Sat in a booth by a window. Had an ant and another small bug crawl on the table while we were eating. Had my Mom and Aunt with me. Must have been a bad day for the cooks. The soup had several issues such as: wrong noodles added, too many noodles so they didnt have broth and they had added extra beans. Overall just not the quality expected of an Olive Garden.

Always have liked this place. Good food and good service. But the wine is WAY overpriced because I know one of the wines that they use because we had it at are wedding reception and its probably 11 dollars a bottle and its very good for cheap wine but they charge 8 dollars a glass. Just completely rip you off.

Weve been coming here to this Olive Garden for years and every time we come the food and staff are AMAZING! We have had not one problem at all. if you want a nice environment and great Italian food and very nice and friendly staff come to Olive Garden on Bridge Street in Chillicothe Ohio.

Tried this place again and found the food to be just as nasty as last visit. The salad was soggy, the bread sticks stale and the lasagna served as on big glob on plate, I took it home and gave it to the raccoons . The only good thing was the wonderful waitress. Never again.

Really not happy with service Ive got here the past 2 or 3 times Ive been here. Food is of good quality, something you expect from Olive Garden. My problems lie with the poor quality (Infrequent refills) and extraordinarily slow service and food delivery.

We enjoyed a pleasant Sunday afternoon lunch. The food was served hot, with warm bread sticks and a large bowl of cool, crispy italian salad. Our waiter was polite and detail oriented. Yes, I recomend Olive Garden, Chillicothe Ohio to everyone.

Great Italian food at very reasonable prices. We just celibated our anniversary there. We had a great meal. The only glitch was with the kiosk at checkout time. We couldnt get it to work and neither could the manager, at least not 100%.

Food was pretty good but the manager would not allow a substitution for French fries in place of zucchini?! The last time I checked zucchini cost more than fries. Poor management can ruin an experience.

Like all Olive Gardens, good food and service. My server recommended a dish which I disliked (a lot). When she asked how I liked it, i told the truth and she immediately brought a better dish. Classy.
