Our family used to come here often but the service has gone downhill. Today it was the worst. We asked to sit at a round table and we were told no they were for parties of 5 or more(four) in my party. I understand the point but there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. There sever came to the table and we gave our drink order to which he replies I didnt get that I was writing( what I dont know). After asking for straws twice had to get our own. We had my wifes purse and jacket on a chair from another (empty) table and the server said Im going to need that chair. No one was there that needed it. RUDE. Asked for more rolls and got a dirty look. At this point I was done. I told my wife I was going outside. She said he came over to bring the bill and in a condescending manner told her how to place the bill on the table when she was ready to pay. Sad it used to be a nice place to go. We wont be back.

We get takeout from here for office lunches every now and then. Most recently I got the kids tortellini which is still a large portion of pasta. I also got the wedding soup and garlic bread which was really yummy. Id recommend the wedding soup. Ive never had any dish here that made me say Wow! Its just okay food. The staff is nice and the environment is fine. The food just tastes mass produced and like it came from GFS or from a big jar of marinara sauce.

Not sure why this restaurant is currently holding on to a 4+ average star rating. The interior is dated and reminiscent of a cheap Chinese food chain. The food is adequate but boring. Service is pretty decent though and it includes pickup, delivery, and dine-in. My guess is that everyone who eats here hasnt had good Italian food before. The side roll my meal came with was literally a hoagie bun pulled out of a plastic bag. Overall, its not worth your time.

I give Monte Carlo 5 stars because our company has ordered lunch from here multiple times a week for many years and it is always fantastic! Recently we have all noticed a few changes. The biggest change is the breaded chicken for the chicken parmesan and the mainara sauce. Has there been a change in ownership? Please go back to the old recipe. We all loved the old chicken parmesan!

Great outdoor patio with live music. Food is overpriced for quality. I rated this place so low mostly due to the poor service. Went with a group of people and waited 20 minutes to get our drink order in. Not to mention refills didnt happen until we got up and found another waitress to wait on us. I thought maybe...

Delicious! I come from a long line of italians and this place tastes like my moms...seriously! My hubby and I have eaten here several times and LOVE it. Good food at reasonable prices :) ....the place could use some table and chair upgrades but the food, atmosphere and staff are wonderful!

I was so disappointed, the lasagna noodles were mushy, and the only thing I could really taste was cheese. No Italian flavor or seasonings and very little meat. I would rather have Stoffers frozen lasagna. This was my first time there.
