We are not regulars at Olive Garden and this was my first negative experience. The server, Linda was ok until she seem to start behaving in a way that appeared as though she was policing our table. I asked for a refill on our salad. She loudly & unapologetically stated while looking at my husband that she was going to have to charge him 3.99 if we wanted more salad. This was because salad wasnt included with his meal. We werent aware of this. However, it was included with my meal but she didnt refill the salad I paid for because my husband ate some which apparently was only intended for me. I let that go....then she questioned who drank 1 of the kids drink which is included with their meals when a refill was requested. Again, this is something that were paying for. She then seemed reluctant to give our friend a refill on the endless pasta & asked could she take the plate which she was obviously still working on. I found her interaction with our table offensive, unnecessary, rude & simply too much. Oh, I forgot to mention that the couple we were dining with arrived a little later than we did. As she was taking our orders, they took a few minutes to order, literally. the time they took to order was not even worth mentioning it was so brief. Her impatience was obvious. Im not sure what was going on with her today but her behavior & comments made what couldve been at least a 4 star experience a 2. Ill be mindful to include Linda in my prayers............

Shaina was beyond a great waitress. Not only did she have great service skills, but she had an excessive amount of knowledge about the menu. Which helped out a lot even though I knew exactly what I wanted. The best part was even though I was seated alone and in a dont care attitude, she made me smile and even laugh when interacting with me. Thanks for that. Also Sorry I didnt do the survey :/. The meal costed me $60 but that was because I ordered a bottle of white wine to go. The Shrimp and Scallop pasta was spot on (even with the tails still on them). As for the soup, which was recommended to me by my waitress Shaina, was superb. Zuppa Toscana which had a surprising kick with the spicy sausage; but it was the potatoes with the skin still on it that made me really enjoy the soup. My experience there was better than what I expected. 10/10 would eat there again with or without someone.

We were there last night August 5, 2017. Waitress was gpod. Got our appetisrs right away. Then we waited and waited over an hour got our food!! Waitress kept apologizing and told us she informed manager. By time we got food the three kids we had with us filled up on pop, bread sticks...manager took off appetiser by waitress talking to her. I talked to her and she said I dont know what happened I think your order got over looked. No apologize and acted like she did us a huge favor by taking off appetiser. We had a table of eight and one hour and fifteen minutes for food. We should walked out....horrible service.

We havent been to the Olive Garden for awhile and noticed some changes made that, to me, werent favorable. The meal and beverage prices increased and my wifes meals, although good, quantity of her selection didnt match the price. Also, there were four of us and the salad served was enough for two people which required reorder, a complete waste of the wait staffs time and effort plus not allowing enjoyment of the salad before the main course was served. We dined at the Olive Garden in ELKHART, INDIANA.

My family decided that they wanted to go to Olive Garden for new years eve for dinner. The waitress was nice, but the food was horrible, and the prices were way too high for the food we were served. I ordered lobster and shrimp ravioli, and what I got was 5 shrimp, and ravioli.NO LOBSTER that I saw. WOW!! what a rip-off!! Never again!! PS- the second I walked into the place it stunk like somebody just puked all over the floor. No not a good experience at all.

The service I am not gonna lie it is pretty good and the staff is nice, but I am not here to talk about that. The Spaghetti is dry and the meatballs have been frozen for god knows how long. Spaghetti is really hard to mess up but this mess had such a weird texture it made me retch. This restaurant I is not Italian food at all. It would be pushing it to even call it Italian style.

Wife and I spent $50 on dinner. I had the braised beef tortellini, she had the seafood stuffed tortellini. My "tender" sliced beef had the consistency of shoe leather, her "seafood lobster stuffed"tortellini tasted like carp and muddy catfish. Best part of a $50 dinner was the Andies mint chocolate bite that came with the bill. We wont be back. Olive garden has lost its edge.

Had to wait forever for our food..the waitress brought our salad and entrees out at the same time which was a little odd. She was obsessively checking up on us when we just wanted to enjoy our food. When the person that I was with was paying for our meal, the waitress stood there which made her feel awkward when determining the waitress tip. Overall, not impressed.

I dont normally do this but I had to today. Our server, Ilia, was absolutely fantastic! My family follows a plant-based diet, but we dont usually get too perticular when we go out to eat. But Ilia went out of her way to ensure our food was free of butter and cheese. Thanks for going the extra mile Ilia, the serving industry needs more people like you. Thank you.

The automatic card swiper did not work at the table, it charged my card 4 times. Each time I swiped it said it couldnt process. The manager had to call my bank to have them take it off, 3 out of the 4 came off and still was charged 30.00. After I had payed cash because my card was supposedly was declined. Needless to say dont use the swiper at the table.

Had a very nice meal celebrating my mothers birthday. The salad was excellent, as always. Entrees delivered hot and exactly as requested. Jeramy was an excellent server, hitting the ideal balance of being on the spot just when we needed him. He is professional, yet very patient and friendly. We had a wonderful time.

Our waitress was Jill and to start off with she helped us find deals on entrees which we already were planning to order. She checked in on us frequently and was all around awesome. Service with a smile!! Great experience and great food. We will be frequenting this Olive Garden.

Food was excellent.... our server not so much. Had to repeat our appetizer order 4 times and repeat our dinner order 5 times. Obviously she was not familiar with the menu. She looked at us like she didnt understand english.... all the food was was awesome with no complaints.

Took the wife there for lunch and it was our first time there. We would recommend this place to everyone Awsome food great staff and a laid back atmosphere to just relax and enjoy your food and the company thats with you. We will be going back at least 2 to 3 times a month.
