We have been to many Cicis through different states and this one by far was the worst. Their normal hours said 10pm and when we get there around 8pm, there was a hand written sign on the door saying they were closing at 830pm for mothers day. We go inside and half the dining room is closed off but there looked to be plenty of food out. The girl at the register was nice and friendly (had no issues with her, she would get a 5 star rating and in dad that I didnt catch get name) and she explained that they were closing at 830pm but if we wanted anything made just let her know. We paid and grabbed our plates. Heres where the issues began... The food clearly looked old. The new deep dish they were advertising was old and hard and the two boys behind the line making the pizzas were acting carless, they heckled myself and my wife and when we asked them if they could make a fresh jalapeno cheddar deep dish (the main reason we went) they just kept laughing. We sat down with the little bit of pizza and salad that wasnt old and every piece was hard and practically cold. We waited for a while and no fresh anything was coming out. My wife approached the manager and expressed our issues and she gave us our money back and said days next time we come back it would be free. She even offered that we come back when those two boys werent working so we have a better experience. My wife and I agree that it wouldnt even be worth going back. The quality of food was low and the two cooks were terrible but the girl at the register and the manager were nice.

Horrible Horrible Restaurant! We stood in line for about 10 mins until someone decided to come and get us drink and be seated. While we were standing there were tons of dirty tables that needed to be clean. So the girl was standing there looking us in our eyes and then went to the kitchen and told someone the lines were long in the front, so he then walked to look, and turned around and then came around the corner and apologized and said that he thought someone was talking our order. When in reality, he knew no one was taking it. Also, the girl was standing there screaming loud things and it was annoying, Then when the line went down her friends walked up and she quickly took their order and it looked as though one of them worked there because they were walking all behind the counter. So unprofessional. So, they were cooking the pizza and putting under the counter until the older pizza was gone. So by the time they put "Fresh" Pizza out it was COLD! No one had any name tags so I couldnt identify anyone. This was for vacation and we no longer have an CICIS Pizza in my home town. So we thought itll be nice to stop and eat at one. But this was HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT HERE!

This is my first time at cicis in over a year and I hate that our experience was negative this go around. It was around 8:30 when we got there and they were basically closing up on a Saturday. We were handed wet cups and when we went to find a seat there was no where to sit because they had put all the chairs on the tables throughout half of the restaurant. We waited as they half cleaned the table. I wanted to leave then but my family was hungry. We went up to get pizza and there were only three picked over choices. At this point I was so ready to go. My kids had already sat down eating. As I went to the manager for a refund she asked did I want to request a pizza. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted but I knew I wanted fresh pizza. she told the cook to make everything. Im glad she did because about 10 more ppl came and they all flocked to it. We then found hair in the cups! We got out of there I didnt care who was still hungry! We literally ate 8 pizzas between the four of us. I wont be back and hate I wasted my money.

This place is awful. I just came in and placed two orders, just like I do at any other Cicis. Every other cicis brings my pizza out to the table. This one, put it on the bar after I had waited twenty minutes and hadnt ate anything waiting on the pizza. I then go to the bar and ask what is going on?? They go on to tell me that they are not allowed to put it on the table. So I just SAT there and ate nothing. Then she. I asked for my money back, the OWNER refused to give it back. He yelled with customers in the store and asked us to leave. The OWNER wouldnt even let me finish my sentence before telling me I was wrong. Sorry owner, sorry service, sorry cicis. Stay away from here.

I went for the lunch pizza buffet, big mistake! This place is highly under-staffed to handle the amount of customers. Thus the bar looks like a disaster zone after the first wave of people hit it. The pizza that I did get was hard like a cracker and the sauce was bland to say the least. No one is assigned to keep the dining area clean apparently as I actually had to step over pizza that was on the floor from the time I got there until I left. Every empty table was dirty and I watched several people clear off their own table. The best suggestion I can give is relieve the management staff, increase labor cost to take care of this mess or just close it up.

The manager wasnt friendly. We orderedwings and took almost 25 min to they got to us wasnt no problem with that but was about to leave and asked for a box from 1 employee and it wasnt no prob but as I was standing there the manager came and was getting on to the employee while I was standing there I believe he should have waited till I walked away that was unproffessional. Besides that it wasnt bad just not a friendly environment to much. Also theres been tables Sitting here dirty for over 45 min and 4 employees walk by at least twice and didnt even think about touching it.

Horrible experience, I waited months to eat at cicis, it had been years since I ate at one. There was no greeting when entering, no customer service, pizza was doughy, pizza seemed old, over heard employeestalking about how they didnt care and they were quoting soon anyway, making jokes out of it, manager seemed like a pervert trying to hit on his female employees trying to get them to clean and do work while they were talking back to him. They started their closing a hour early leaving the pizza out to get cold without heat laps on them. Just a overall bad experienc.

I use to come here all the time when in college. Of course the pizza isnt any good, but it was cheap. I went in a few years ago, looking to fill up on some cheap pizza. Employees were rude, whatever, I dont have to deal with you after I pay anyways. Something tasted off, though. That night I awoke around 2 am, and thought I was going to die. Felt like sharp objects were moving around inside my stomach. It was the worst case of food poisoning Ive ever had! I have no idea how Im alive today, it was that bad. Ill never come to this, or any Cicis ever again.
