I have never been so frustrated and angry at any restaurant but this atrocious excuse for a Taco Bell. I waited for fifteen minutes for my order, I asked very specifically for nothing on my nachos, or anything on my chalupa box. I left without checking, because the line behind me was massive, boy was that a mistake. When I got home I was met with the sight of tomatoes and sour cream, as well as everything on my tacos, keep in mind its 1AM and I have work in the morning, so Im just thrilled that now I have to go back, wait in the probable gigantic line, and probably have my order made wrong again. Oh boy was I not disappointed. Their open sign was on, and with no sign on the drive through window, I watched countless people wait five to ten minutes at the drive through, no explanation, just left to wait, before they finally got angry enough to just leave. Finally, getting the absolute honor, of getting to the window again, honked my horn for five minutes, earning me plenty of dirty looks from the three employees (of which I returned I assure you) and I became so enraged, just wanting someone to not be sub human garbage, and at least tell me, you closed early. In my rage, I knocked repeatedly on their dingy window, until some fat white kid, comes over looks at me, and turns around, if youre so annoyed tubby come tell me your closed instead of jerking off in the sauce. I will be coming in tomorrow morning, and getting my money back, and I hope that night staff gets fired, and preferably step on a lego.

Went there tonight August 26th 2017 ordered thru the drive thru get home get in the bag and half our food was not in the bag we go back up there and manager in duty calls us a liar and refuses to make the correct order then I come home and call up there and asked for corporates number and she refuses to give it to me saying she doesnt have time to get me a number to complain she had a store to run so I asked again she refused unsaid you are the manager right she said yes and I have a store to run I said well your refusing to help a customer and refused to make a mistake right plus you called me a liar when I came back up there so lets see how your corporate likes hearing that. Worst experience ever at this taco bell period and the manager either needs retrained fired or demoted because she has zero customer service skills

Good food, terrible atmosphere. My girlfriend and I went to Taco Bell tonight around 10pm to grab a quick bite to eat. The employee who was taking our order was busy talking to another employee who was eating near the condiment station while we attempted to give her our order. After receiving our food, they were increasing their volume of conversation to an uncomfortable level. This isnt the first time this has happened. The other employee who was involved in the conversation talked about how she works 13 hour shifts and did not sound too happy about it. As someone who works in the service industry, a friendly fun atmosphere is always great, but airing dirty laundry in the presence of guests is highly inappropriate.

They mess up my food all the time. This time was even worse. I waited over 15 mins in the drive thru to get my triple layer crunch wrap thing or whatever it is, and when I finally got my food I drove home. To my surprise my crunch wrap was missing the meat. So not only did I not get a double or triple layer crunch wrap I didnt even get a regular crunch wrap. When I called in to complain the guy said he highly doubted that happen so I assured him I had pictures and I was very disappointed. They state they dont give refunds but would replace JUST the crunchwrap if I keep my receipt and bring it in with me the next day. . Poor customer service, and poor food.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a five layer beefy burrito with no beef and replace it with beans. I also ordered a crunch wrap supreme with beans instead of beef. As I got to the drive through window, I asked the lady if she got what I ordered correctly. She replied yes. As I drove away I bit into the crunch wrap supreme and there was beef inside the crunch wrap supreme. Very disappointed!

Its Taco Bell, the tables were filthy, and someone had apparently cut their finger who was making food. This was stated in front of me, but no reassurance was given that this person wasnt making our food. I feel bad for the dude that cut his finger and was "bleeding a lot" but I definitely dont want blood near my food. On another note there are no changing stations in the bathroom, mens or womens.

The lobby was disgusting. There were a minimum five people just standing around doing nothing. I even mentioned to the mgr on duty that well time to lean time to clean. She even mentioned it to a worker that see even the public notices...did not package our meals correctly. Ordered 5 chalupa boxes had to go thru everyones food to make sure everybody got the right food.

Pretty good food when they dont try and hand it to the car in front of you. Three times in a row during my lunch I have seen the drive-thru attendant try to hand my order to the car in front of me. One time they even took my $5 meal box in their car, opened it and gave it back to the drive-thru..... Just dont go here around lunch hours.

Used to love it used to go at least 5 nights a week now everytime I take a chance I get home and the order is always messed up and my food never makes it to the bag and Im sorry if Im gonna drive 20 minutes to a place and spend over 30.00$ at a fast food place try to get it right and please for the love of God make it edible....

For the 3rd time straight that Ive attempted to eat taco Bell after 7pm and for the 3tf straight my order was wrong. What I ordered was in the bag kinda. The daytime manager was excellent about fixing it but if I had wanted to wait till the next day to eat I wouldnt of gone the evening before. Very dissatisfied.

Usually pretty good, its gotten better recently with change of staff. The old staff was high-schoolers who didnt care. I had a very unpleasant experience with a chapped looking black man. Josh? Either way his service and attitude always sucks.

The worst experience ever at fast food place. After 43 minutes waiting for 3 tacos I had to walk out without refund because I was meeting my son for his 20 minute lunch! There were 8 people in line for refunds when I walked out!

The crew here is pretty good, however dont always get special orders right and can sometimes take a while to get orders together. But the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

This taco Bell is always clean and well-staffed. Food is cooked well, and they dont skimp. Overall its still taco Bell but its done very well.
