Ok, so I dont usually write reviews but I was just upset... very minor issue in some eyes, in others maybe not so small. I was at This location today within the last 15 minutes, and there was a meeting with whom it seemed to be the owner of this specific franchise (not sure who he actually was, looked more like a random guy considering how he was dressed) and potentially the manager of this location. Given that I was already having a bad day, I was in line for my food and the gentleman peeps over past the line of customers to look at 1 persons food. After which he whispers something to the manager, probably wasnt actually whispered but I couldnt hear from my distance, then he points her to tell the young men/women working on the line something. She then states "The portions are too large, make them smaller". Ok, cool if that was actually a fact, I was inches from walking out on the spot, but I was hungry and already having a bad day. Due to this remark made, the portions were little to nothing, I basically paid $10 for cheese/rice. I wanted to voice my frustrations but I had somewhere to be and it wasnt the lines fault, they were doing what they were told. One thing I do know, is I will not be going to this location, or any location in this region owned by whomever owns this franchise. (I do not know who that is not, but I will look into it)

went to this location for the very first time and ordered online since Ive been reading so much hype about the long lines. Anywho, turned out that the order I placed didnt work due to some iOS issues.A young lady, Sarah, reassured that it was a good thing since there were no people there anyways so I was just able to place my order right then and there and it was almost close time. To make a long story short the experience was pleasant and would definately come back again. If it had not been for Sarah which was presumably the face of the company greeting and meeting people made my experience much more pleasurable and exciting. Go in there even just to say hi to her. As far as the food, chipotle is hands down one of the best Mexican food has to offer. You wont be disappointed. Well up until you find out they charge $2 dollars for guacamole where you can get it qdoba for free. I guess one upside for chipotle that qdoba doesnt have is that they have artificial meat sofritas for those vegan and vegetarian lovers.

This store was great when it first opened not too long ago. However now it is HANDS DOWN the WORST Chipotle Ive ever been to. And its 100% because of the staff. Incompetence mixed with complete apathy. The bathroom is filthy, they dont follow the procedures as the other Chipotles do (such as ask for the rewards card, ask you if you want chips and a drink). THREE times Ive had to request chips and a drink and the cashier seemed upset that I asked. Furthermore, two other times the cashier rang up the wrong item for my friends and once for my employees that I sent in to grab food. When asked, the staff seemed apathetic about their mistake. Hire new staff and please train them on your procedures at this location. Ive been eating at Chipotle for over ten years and am very aware of the standard procedures and this store is a complete mess! It would be much more profitable for Chipote. And again, please make sure your restroom isnt filled with the smell of dried urine...its super unappetizing.

Heres hoping the employees read these reviews... I frequent this chipotle since it is close to my work and usually order ahead of time and my order is usually ready and correct when I get there. However... I do wish that whoever makes the salad dressing in the morning would read the directions more carefully, or follow them better and not strain the oil in quite so fast. If u strain it slower it will be thick and creamy the way it is intended to be. I worked at Chipotle for 2 1/2 years and wish to suggest poking 2 holes in the bottom of a side cup and setting it on top of the blender and filling it 3 times. Its the exact amount of oil you need as well as it strains it in at the perfect speed all while allowing you to do other things with your hands which lord knows working at chipotle you always have a need for extra time! Lol. Anyway, thanks for your hard work chipotlians!! :)

Whats happened to great customer service? We were at Chipoltle in Madison Heights this past Sunday for dinner, the steak was nasty...so I went up and asked dark haired male manager if I could get chicken instead, he tells me yeah, but that Id need to get back in line?! I said, well I already waited in line, and if I have to do that, everyone Im with will be finished eating by the time Im done...cant u just throw me some chicken tacos really quick? And he just says well its not fair to everyone else. So I said well just refund me then. Am I crazy or does McDonalds give better customer service than that? Dont give out tough nasty steak and I wouldnt be up here? Wtf

This Chipotle is very friendly and busy - but during the busiest times they are very fast! A few times I have been there, people have been waiting for chicken. I prefer carnitas, so I have never had an issue. I recommend online ordering - its very easy and you just show up & pick it up at the register. Once, I build my burrito bowl and realized at the register I had forgotten my wallet. The cashier very sweetly bagged my items and set them near her. I returned with my credit card, skipped the line, and paid. It was very impressive!

Love the food. The portion sizes are enormous enough to share or save some for later. The food is always tasty! I just wish the guacamole was further from the shredded cheese. I cant eat dairy (like many people) so I dont enjoy finding cheese in the guacamole Im about to eat. They just mix it up so it doesnt show up - not ok. I honestly think there should be a cleaner method of using the cheese. Its messy and gets everywhere in everything. Not everyone eats cheese, you know? Thanks!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU NEED GLUTEN FREE. They do not understand the need to handle your food carefully. I eat gluten free for a medical reason not a fad. They made me sick from improper food handling. If you want gluten free go to the Lakeside location. They know how to treat you right. These workers didnt care or have any knowledge about the importance of proper gluten free food handling. If you have a sensitivity DO NOT EAT HERE.

I avoid this location at ALL cost. The staff is very rude, the guy cutting the chicken in the back came up to ring someone up (they got busy) he kept his gloves on during and after he touched the nasty money than proceeded to cut the chicken again and did NOT change his gloves, and the place is always a mess. I usually drive up to 16 and crooks or the one by the mall, always an amazing experience at those two location.
