Let me start by saying that they only recieved one star because Google requires it. If it were up to be there would be none! We dined at this establishment in April of 2015. We waited at least 20 minutes to have our order taken and once the order was taken by our waitress who,by the way had very poor people skills, it took another 30 mins for our pizza to arrive at our table...cold and with the incorrect toppings! We motioned for the waitress to inform her of this mistake. She came over, listened to our concerns, and said she had to help the new family that had just been seated and would deal with our matter in a few moments. We walked to the counter to speak with a manager,who gave us a credit for our entire order and stated that whenever we returned we could use that credit. SOOO today, we attempted to use that credit and was told by a manager that there was a 30 day window of opportunity for that credit and that there was nothing he could do about it. He was rude and cared noting about solving this matter due to the fact that WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF A TIME LIMIT! AWFUL,AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We typically eat their stuffed crust pizza, and its probably 4 out of 5 stars. Their service leaves something to be desired though. We stopped dining in because of their poor service. Today though, I placed an order for a pickup at about 9:30 pm. I got ready and left within 10 minutes; everyone on Telegraph drove 5 mph under the speed limit and I caught every light. Because of that, I got there exactly as the clock turned 10:00 pm, their closing time. I went to the door, but it was locked and the lights were out. A lady who was about to mop the floor wanted to let me in, but a manager told her no. He told me they were closed and to leave through the door. Seriously? My pizza was right there next to him! Screw you, Pizza Hut. Ill just find a new pizza place. 1 star service with 4 star pizza; its not worth the trouble anymore.

Went to this location and received horrendous service. Dined in and the pizza came to the table cold, the dessert came before the pizza & the wait staff refused to address our concerns. Upon talking to a manager who apologized we were granted a credit. Fast forward a few months later we decided to use said credit and were informed that the credit was only good for 30 days and was no longer applicable to a future order. We were not informed of this at the time the credit was issued and now they tell us its nothing they can do. This makes two times in a row that this location gave us substandard customer services. Dont patronize this establishment because they dont know how to treat their customers.

I called to place a delivery. I called once, they picked up and hung the phone up, I called back and was placed on hold and after 11 minutes I hung up, I called back a third time and was told "our wait time for delivery is two hours, is that ok". No, its not ok, especially after you hun up on me and had me on hold forever. I will not be ordering from them again.

When my order was just about done cooking, the lady working the register realized that she made a mistake. She let me know what happened. she offered to correct it, but it was not that big of a difference in the pizza I order that I told her she didnt need to make a new pizza, so she gave me a $10.00 credit on my next pizza order.

Delivery said they would be to my house in 30-45. After an hour and 20 min i recieved a call saying they couldnt find my house and had to cancel the order. I live in a very populated area of green bay so thought that excuse was reeiciulous. Previosuly went i ate there i found dark black hair in my pasta. Worst pizza hut around!

Terrible. Bad customers service. I ordered a very simple order on super bowl Sunday and they messed my order up and when I call they said they would put my name in a book to give me a new order. So I went in a couple days later to find out there is no book and they completely lied to me. Never going back and wont recommend.

Called them up for a delivery they take my order and right before I pay they tell me they cant deliever because Im out of their range. I live five minutes away and If it wasnt for the snow I would walk their. I ask to speak to the manager they refuse to put one on and hung up the phone.. Very rude not worth calling again.

Not so good experience. Today I walked in with my family, ordered to go and we waited about 30-40mins for food just to totally recieve Something we didnt order because the very sweaty guy at the counter was rushing us and interrupting instead of being patient and listening. Smh. He needs to calm down and listen better.

we used to get delivery since like 14 years, but now manager get changed and she said they cant deliver pizza at our location. I really dont like manager attitude, not helpful at all and her behavior is so wired. not prefer anymore.

Food is decent but they wont deliver 1.4 miles away from them and close at 10. What kinda pizza place closes that early?? Most people dont order delivery until after 830 or 9..
