My son and husband were in there on 4/14/13 after a sporting event. My son began to chew his pizza and bit into somethig hard! He pulled it out and it was a tooth. Not his tooth. He has been examined by a doctor and has only permanant teeth. The waitress and manager all agreed it was a tooth! They began to give reasons why and were the tooth came from, they said probably from their supplier, so watch out at any Pizza Hut!!! If it had been my sons he would have wanted to keep it. The store kept it. On Monday we called to get the tooth back so the doctor could examine and decide if our son needed medical testing or could have been exposed. They first said we could have it. Now they turned us over to claims and even called us liars and said they sold no pizza between 5-7 pm on that date and they were never there! We have found our receipt and the receipt of the people that were with them. Doesnt matter our son is now going thru serious medical testing! It would have been easier to test the tooth than our son. Pizza Hut refused in a timely manner! Think of what our child is going thru for years! Not to mention he can hardly eat any food without gagging! Shame on you Pizza Hut for putting a childs welfare before your business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pay no attention to the previous reviews. In December 2014, this location caught fire and has only recently reopened. The entire place was renovated and the place looks great! Clean and bright. The pizzas are really good, except the pretzel style crust, when ordered, is a little heavy on the salt. Although some of the staff from before the fire still working there, there are new employees, too. Over all, they really are a friendly bunch, and you feel like a welcome guest from the minute you walk in. I recommend checking out the new, improved location.

A rather lazy female employee was at the register when I visited the location. I ordered carryout from my phone during the 50% sale but the discount didnt work. The lazy bones said there was nothing she could do and I stood there waiting for her to try anything. When I realized that she wasnt going to do anything I asked her what am supposed to do to get this fixed? She screamed for the manager who fixed it right up. That employee was so lazy that she didnt want to get the manager for help. Wow. The manager was the only redeeming quality I saw there.

This restaurant is not what it claims. Business hours are incorrect and employees will not let you speak with a manager. I was trying to order a pizza and they said they would accept it because they were "CLOSING". This is the second time I have had a problem with this establishment. Would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service.

Cheese sticks and pizza were good but the restaurant was disgusting. The service was bad and the employees are very lazy. Every table in the restaurant was dirty even though there were very few guests. My boyfriend tried to use the bathroom and they didnt have any TP. Just rolls of paper towel... Ouch

No need to keep up with the display screen telling when your to go order should be ready. Placed my order at 11:45am - screen said it should ready by 12:01pm. I got it at 12:20pm. Staff was just kinda standing around looking lost, dazed and confused.

Absolutely disgusting! Tastes like gas station pizza! Gross I put this on here so in a year when I have time to forget and look up the phone number I will read this! Stay away still sucks!

The food is okay, however the service is terrible! The staff is very lazy, and they arent the friendliest bunch either. The bathroom is DISGUSTING. Flies all over the salad bar.
