Hello, I recently ordered online from your location on Van Dyke and 23 Mile Rd, in Michigan. The order was scheduled to arrive on Sun, 1/4/15 at 1:43 pm, it arrived at 2:05 pm, ice cold! We also ordered Chicken Alfredo, it too was ice cold. This our fourth and last order. We feel completely betrayed, as this location is nearest our home, it continues to rank beneath par on every encounter. We are deeply saddened that your organization has such blatant disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction. While, we really love Pizza Hut, we have no other option but to explore another Pizza Restaurant in our area. Godspeed, Vida Joiner Frost

Ive never had a problem with this Pizza Hut in particular, and any problems have been fixed as soon as they were noticed, along with some extra. Ive been going here for years, and it has always been the same. As another post said "some of these people mustve had an off day or something" and another said "this Pizza Hut doesnt deserve the one star ratings its getting." I agree. Any time you order any food, fast food, resturaunts, etc. of course you should check it, and that should be second nature... so watch what you rate if it was YOUR fault for walking out with the wrong thing to begin with! Duh.

I ordered a large super supreme and was told I could not order a large because they were out of peppers and onions!! I guess nobody could run across the street to Kroger to buy some items they were out of. Sometimes this Pizza hut seems to be very very unorganized. One other time I ordered a super supreme and received half cheese and half pepperoni, my fault because I did not check the box before I left the store. So beware, check your box before you leave!!

Service is always awful at this location. Long waits for carryout, I always seem to remind them of forgotten items, like a side of sauce. Quality is hit or miss, I once ordered 2 pan styles but they were half the height they shouldve been (not even thin crust). I had to remind them once I hadnt even paid before they gave me my pizza! Seems like this one is run by a bunch of high schoolers.

Great service and great food. The waitress Marla was extremely nice and very attentive. We got a cheesy bites pizza... It was AMAZING! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy at all. We have ordered delivery also, they delivered the pizza with a smile!

Service was terrible.. We ate in. Had to ask for more drink.. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for to go boxes. The waitress also went in deep detail about her kid she lost custody of.. Her past life.. "Like, kno wahmsayin.." Over & over.. I wanted to run!
