My Day In Hell at Pizza Hut Over the phone, the manager Jason was very curt and rude. When he spoke with me over the phone he had very little patience with my questions about the coupon that I wanted to use and that I changed my order including the coupon I was using. He went over my order 3 times, which made me feel like he was trying to insult me. The experience was so unsettling that I started to just tell him that I wanted to cancel my order, but I chose not to because I did not want to get a reputation with the store as being an indecisive customer, especially since there was so much effort already made in making the order. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that I had ordered the wrong bread and I apologized to Jason for doing so and I explained why I didn’t understand what he was trying to explain over the phone. He then looked at me very angrily and said very hostile I told you….. and he walked away. I asked the other cashier, was it a problem and do I need to cancel my order, I was hoping she would say I could just cancel. She said no he’s going to make it. I asked her does he have to make it? I was considering the way he had spoken to me so angered and rudely. She said yes. Jason then walks up and says very condescending just so you know the difference between cheese sticks and cheese bread….he snatched the box and walked away. I asked him his name and was he the manager, he did not respond again. Another employee had to speak for Jason again. I left out to get my daughter who was waiting in the car. Upon my return, I passed a customer and employee who were smoking outside like chimneys. My daughter later said it appeared that they were flicking cigarette ashes on my car, talking loudly and looking at her suspiciously, which made her feel uncomfortably. I sat by the door to wait and saw a Mc Donalds cup on a dining room table, I thought to myself- Mc Donalds sounds like heaven right now. I realized that I could here Jason having the roast of the idiotic customer (in the dining room, right by the front counter), which was of course-ME!!He said I was so stupid and he couldn’t believe how I didn’t understand what he said!I immediately stood up to confront Jason about his inappropriate conversation and manner. I told him that I gave him the opportunity to cancel my order and how dare he sit and talk about me to other employees in my hearing range. Jason tried to argue with me and make me re-explain how I ordered the wrong bread. I said now you are trying to argue with me. You are showing your employees all the wrong things of how to treat a customer. So, what, maybe I am retarded or LD, but you have no right to verbally abuse me. I also told him that homeless people get fed daily for free and are treated with more respect than what he has given me. I told him he was ignorant and I no longer wanted any of the food. I took the poorly made cheese sticks , which I looked at and threw them in the trash with the pizza, cinnamon sticks and Pepsi. Needless, to say I was very hurt and upset from the day in hell I had at Pizza Hut!

We brought our son here tonight with my parents also, as a celebratory dinner for winning his football game, and was met with the worst server ever! We all placed our order, some with a salad bar. Everything was fine until my mother went back for more salad and was told it was one trip only....$4 for one trip! When we questioned the server we were very rudely told that she didnt have anything to do with the printing of the menu and had no idea why it didnt say that, but if we went for a second trip, it couldnt be for salad, it had to be something desert like the pudding.....really?!?!? And she only said that because we questioned why we would put pudding on the same plate as a salad! Come on. You can do better than that!

We normally order from Dominos but decided to give Pizza Hut a try. We placed an order online, and got an e-mail confirmation that our pizza would arrive 25-30 minutes later. 55 minutes after I placed the order, I called the store to find out about our order, the manager told me that our pizza had not even left the store yet (apparently they only had one delivery driver). I asked the manager if I was going to be compensated for the pizza or given a discount seeing as it was going to take over an hour to arrive (twice as long as the delivery time promised). I was placed on hold for several minutes then told that I could get a 10% discount. I canceled my order. Horrible customer service and bad management.

BEWARE!!! We ordered a pizza , one pizza tonight. Upon arrival they brought 3 pizzas and charged our credit card $60. We told them we ordered one pizza for $16 and after much arguing the manager refunded the cost of 2 pizzas which we did not accept. When we opened the box and took a piece it was the worst pizza we have ever had in our lives! It was like a piece of cardboard with a little sauce in the middle and a few pieces of pepperoni. I would warn everyone not to eat at THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION, for delivery at the least. Awful!! Manager couldnt care less. I think they are desperate to sell even one....YUCK!

Horrible customer service. We were greeted with complete disgust and hatred. We are a traditional Indian family, and we could immediately detect racism with the waitress. She spoke rudely to my family just because she couldnt understand them even though I would repeat what they wanted in a clear and concise English accent. All in all no one should go here if your any race other than white. I say this because there was a black family in the restaurant and she treated the same way. While there were two white families and she treated them with the smiles and a great attitude.

We were staying at the Drury Inn (which according to Google Maps is 1.9 miles and 7 minutes away) in Troy. We ordered a med pizza and breadsticks. They told us it would take 35 mintues. 60 mintues later we called to ask about our order, which we had yet to see. The women on the phone acted like we didnt call them until my husband persisted then she found our order and said it was on the road. The guy showed up about 5 minutes. The boxes were beat up and the food was cold. I would not recommend this pizza hut to anyone. Bad food and bad service!

To be honest, I come to this Pizza Hut every once in a while in the afternoon and the service was good. I came at night this time and the service was horrible and there was just two tables. There was clear racism with one of the waiters named "Janice", she treated us so rudely and charged us for something we didnt even order and then argued with us about it. I spoke to the manager and got it sorted out. There was a white family that she treated so nicely and with respect. Horrible service! we will never come back here again.
