Ive been coming here for a long time as it is right across the street from my job. This use to be a great store but lately....not so much! I dont know if management changed or what, but now things are very different. They are out of lemons much of the time, they only have 1 salt shaker for all who enter the dwelling, so whenever I want salt, I have to go to someones table and ask for it.... they never have the onions and green pepper ready....2 or 3 times in the last 2 months Ive had to wait for them to cook them! They are stingy on the dressing for the salad and stingy on the chicken. I will say though that every time I ask for them to give me "as much as I can have", they usually add a little more. But, every time that Ive ordered the chips and guacamole, a lot of the chips in the bag are rubbery! Gross! I dont know what happen to the store. The staff are not as friendly as they use to be....I have noticed a staff change in recent months.... and they just dont seem to be as organized and clean as they used to be. On top of all of that, this time my salad was missing that Chipotle taste. Some flavor was definitely missing!! What a disappointment. I guess I will have to find me a new Chipotle to go to cause this store is now whack! So whack that I am forced to write a review....which I hardly EVER do...good or bad.

I eat chipotle almost everyday because I dont cook at home daily. This location is just 2miles away from my apartment.I stopped going here because of Ana, employee. I am driving extra miles to other chipotle locations because she is behaves like she doesnt care what I am asking her to put in my bowl.I am a vegetarian eat 1scoop of white rice or a bit extra which should be just enough for me. She didnt even serve one full scoop of rice, even when I ask her to. she added like 1 tsp of rice when I asked for extra rice. same with my husbands order. She has been doing it to other people too. Girl before me in the Q asked for extra rice, she did the same thing to her.We felt ashamed to ask for more rice so we slept with half full stomachs. This happened quite a number of times, finally fed up with her behavior . She works every night I guess, I hope she would stop working here, so I can eat a good bowl without having to drive long

I eat at this location 4-5 times a week. I usually go for lunch which includes waiting in line for anywhere from 5-20 minutes. As this location is by many corporations and other large businesses in the area, one can expect to have somewhat of a wait especially if many online orders or faxes are being filled. So many reviews are carelessly written and often are written in spite of have a less than perfect experience. Tips for a better experience: -Greet the person helping you. -Use "please" and "thank you" (this should be an obvious one) -If you have any issue with your food, let them know, theyll usually correct it without any issue. (instead of raging on the review board with negativity) -Be Nice! -Enjoy feeling the benefits of having just eaten something that is ACTUALLY GOOD FOR YOU!!!

We have been coming to this Chipotle for a long time. Havent had any problems until last night. I ordered the food on line because I was ordering for 6 people. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. The food wasnt ready. I waited 25 min in the store while they prepared what I had ordered on line trying to avoid the wait! When we got home and opened everything up, there were hairs in my sons tacos! In addition, they didnt complete the order correctly. To make matters worse, the staff was very unfriendly! They had 6 people walking around the back room messing around. I had a lot of time in the store to watch what was going on! They had 1 guy at the register and 1 girl making the orders. We will go to a different Chipotle location from now on.

Every single weekend my dad, brother, and I come back to Chipolte for their AMAZING Burritos and Quesadillas. The food is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had and I would eat it EVERYDAY! The people who work there seem to love their job and are always happy. They never get frustrated with the process of ordering your food (which could be confusing and complicated for them since you can get so many things.) Never a mistake has been when ordering my food, and it is made pretty fast! They also have "Mr.Pibb X-Tra" as a soft drink option, which is awesome since it is barely anywhere else. Overall, seriously, you gotta check this place out. (IT OWNS QUDOBA)

Simple menu and logical ordering method put Chipotle ahead of Moe`s in the big, make-it-in-front-of-you burrito chain category. Price is comparable, but again Chipotle makes more sense when you get to the counter. Some spicy nacho cheese would put Chipotle over the top, because currently all they carry for chip dip is a couple different salsas. Both chains are on the expensive side for fast food--my shredded beef burrito and large soda emptied $7.71 out of my pocket today--but the food is filling and the people and facilities are clean and efficient. Expect long lines at lunchtime.

I loved Chipotle. Until I started coming to this location. Staff is unorganized and needs better management. There can be only 5 people in line and you are still going to wait 15 minutes. Its ridiculous. They need to have someone doing the to-go orders and the others helping the customers in the actual store. You will get up to the line after waiting a half hour and they will say "✋ hold on a minute" while they make someones to-go order. Its bs. If chipotle didnt make good food I would have stopped coming after the second time.

Our workplace ordered lunch from here. We had about 17 orders, and we faxed in the order form. We called to double check the form was received and they said yes. When we went to pick it up, it wasnt ready. We waited about 45 minutes there while two people completed the order. The woman filling the order acted like she was bothered by our business. When we finally got back to the office, some of the orders werent correct and the burrito bowls werent even full.

This chipotle was very good not very long ago but now its one place to stay far away had RAW CHICKEN there a few weeks ago and today went in and there was no chicken or steak cooked for the lunch time ,was told it would a little bit . Looks like alot of training is needed !!! .I have been to others and had great food . Hopefully someone can get this place back to the way it was before

Wish I could give this dump zero stars. I eat a Chipotles all around America, this one should be eliminated from the mix. The manager in training, was more offended that I used a curse word to describe this pig stye, then actually listening to the multiple valid complaints, that I brought to his attention. I just called the health department, bet he listens to them! Stay Away
