This establishment deserves NO stars. This location is by far the worst location ever! Ive been to this restaurant during lunch hours and always felt that the wait for drinks and food are too long. My coworker and I decided to try this location once again on our lunch 3/27/17 hoping that we can get good/fast service this time. When we got there, It was not crowded which worked in our favor. The bartender is usually the same girl, I wish I could remember her name. Shes light complected, today shes wearing scalp braids and is on the heavier side. She actually sat us at our table. At first I wasnt keen on her because she came off like she was bothered that we sat at the bar but she eventually warmed up so I figured she was having a "moment". Today the same thing happened. After my coworker and I was seated at our table, we remembered that we needed to sit at the bar to take advantage of the Happy Hour prices. So we informed one of the waitresses that we wanted to sit at the bar so we can take advantage of the prices. She responded "ok". Once the bartender realized that we were now at the bar, she ignored us for a few minutes and proceeded to help these 3 girls that was there earlier but left out to go smoke. After she took their second drink orders, she comes over to us and asked us "what is the problem"?. I was immediately confused on the question as I didnt think I was looking like I had a problem so I responded "There is no problem. Were ready to order". She then said "but why did you guys come sit at the bar? I sat yall at a booth because I figured yall wanted a booth". Usually when I go to a restaurant they ask if we want to sit in the bar area, table or booth. After we expressed to her that we wanted the Happy Hour specials, she told us that we could have stayed in our seats and still got the special and after she informed us, she basically told us to go back to our booths so thats what we did. Then I was irritated. Our original waitress came back and reiterated that someone had misinformed us about bar seating. By that time we had been there for over 35 mins with no water nor the drink order that we put in 20 mins prior. We watched the bartender joke around, sip on her strawberry lemonade, wipe of the counter but never made our drinks. Finally after 45 mins and all we had was water that we we decided to leave. Our waitress saw us getting up to leave and she never came to ask whats the problem nor during our wait she never came to apologize for the long wait. As we were leaving the bartender came from the back and said with an attitude, "yall drinks has been sitting at the end of the bar". That was clearly a lie because we were sitting right next to the bar and no drinks were there. Remind you, we got there at 1:00 and left at 1:45 and all we had was water that came at 1:35. The bartender, nor any of the waitresses seemed to care. Unless you know someone there, you will guarantee to have a horrible experience here. This is obviously where they place the "almost rejected" employees. Please choose another location.

Went during lunchtime and was seated in the area above the bar. Waitress came and took drink orders, as we were seated there noticed happy hour drinks were available in the bar according to the menu. Been here a couple of times and theyve made us move and sit at the bar in order to get the happy hour price. So we decided to move our seats to the bar, after we did notify one of the waitresses walking by (not ours). Sitting in the bar area, waiting for the bartender to acknowledge us but she didnt until after some other patrons came back inside from smoking. She serviced them, made sure they had whatever they needed, then approached us and asked was there something wrong because we moved our seats, we told her the reason why and she said no you could have ordered the happy hour drinks up there basically saying take yourselves back up there. Seems like the waitress got an attitude because we left and came back (because she said "yall just left and didnt say anything) the place wasnt crowded so she could clearly see where we went. She took our drink and food order (so now weve been here for over half an hour). We are looking at the bartender continue to serve "her peeps" at the bar, and we are waiting to see when she will make ours. It looked like she was making our drinks, but what she placed on the end of the bar didnt look like a drink we ordered (yes just one drink was there, there were two of us), I saw the waitress go to the end of the bar and she obviously didnt see drinks there for us either. So at that point we decided to just leave, as we are walking out they are peering at us from the back. We gestured that we were leaving, and thats when the bartender appeared and said yall drinks are right here at the end of the bar. I guess we were supposed to go grab them ourselves. None the less place was empty so the service we received was absolutely the worse. Yes gnats are flying around, place is dirty just very off putting. With over 200 reviews and your location receives an average of 2.1 stars, and the reviews are basically saying the same thing. Id think it would be time to put a plan in action and get this place together. I foresee this place shutting down very soon, and thats sad. Do better its not that hard.

They are under staffed but never call back for an interview. Mangers are rude and pick and choose who they want too hire thats probably why it takes 30 minz too be seated. Food is not good at all. Who really knows who is cooking on the line or what. Ooh not too mention the General Manger before Blair had been cashing old checks for 2 yrs from old employers that no longer work there. I mean really so pay with card and someone might sneak numbers from it and use. The kitchen manager Brooke is rude, is always late told me to call several times. An either she wasnt there or she was late. That happened today I might add. No customer service from anyone that works there encluding Blair. If I didnt think any better I should sue them. They havent given me a proper saying in why they would or wouldnt hire me yet just wasteful on my gas to keep coming up there for a dry run of lets call you back, 4times. Just a waste full team crew an store. I would explain more but the details would be bashing. You are supposed too basis your opinion of a worker on sex, Creed, color or sex orientation, and for the month that they had me coming back n forth I feel like they have no reason not to hire me. But have basically based me off those illegal one trake minded people. Not to mention half the crew is criminals.

Where can i start. My boyfriend and I came to Dearborn for the summer. We have been TGI fridays Fans for a while. Out of all tgi fridays that we have been to only this one right here left us in shock on how rude the staff was. We come in at 8PM half the tables are occupied and rest dirty with plates on them. The hostess seemed so disturbed and frustrated when we walked in because she did not want to go and find someone to clean up atleast ONE table. (Smacks her teeth, hands us menus and tells us to go and try to find a clean seat ourselfs by the bar area. we circled the bar are and there was nothing available or it still had food and plates from prior customers. We come back to the front and she was upset that we did not find a seat and she had to clear a table and half clean it. The table still had soda and water smeared all over. all Staff seemed to not care. We told her that perhaps we rather leave because it seemed too much trouble for them to clean a table for us. She rolled her eyes and walked the other way. I did not see any manager in sight. We were disappointed we could not have Fridays as a common dinner area for us this summer here in Dearborn.
