RUDE EMPLOYEE HUMILIATES CUSTOMERS - I watched as a rude, heavy set black male employee at this location made fun of a heavy set, disabled customer as he approached the counter to place his order. Yelling so loud that it echoed throughout the restaurant, and talking about how BIG this customer was and how he had big money. ..?.. I thought it was a joke, but you could see the hurt in the customers eyes. This employee was SO obnoxious and it was SO obvious that the employee himself noticed it and offered the customer a free drink for his degrading comments. But damage was done. Manager/Corporate took complaint but did nothing. Customers at Five Guys are not considered important..only putting out the burgers and taking your money. Its up to you if you think you would enjoy eating in this type of environment. Maybe hell comment on you when you go there.

I phoned in my order on the way home, and when I arrived, my order was ready to go. The new fountain machines are great, providing many more options, (especially for diet coke varieties). The staff even offered to carry my order to the car after seeing my crutches. Customer service line that is hard to find in fast food. Walk in, and you will see many satisfied customers.

Placed order over the phone, come 20 minutes later to pick up food, food was not done, had to Wait additional 15 minutes to get food, got food home, it was not made right and was sloppy. Called talk to manager about it, she stated that she will send coupons for inconvenience but never got coupon.. I would not recommend this location.. Middlebelt and Plymouth..

Just picked my dinner up and it was the best experience I have ever had at any location. The gentlemen working, were fun, courteous and interacted amazing with the customers. I was even serenaded while waiting for my meal. Bravo to these 4 guys. They made my night along with many other patrons. (The food was fantastic as well!)

March 11, 2017 Messed up on my order twice during 1 visit. Like they cant read. When me and my company was eating our food a worker got ketchup on ny boyfriend shirt when she was cleaning the table behind us. I dont know how she done it. But definitely never going back. Guess thats what happens when you hire kids

Was great until employees stopped caring terrible place to go staff is rude orders never right and when u bring up the issue you get pushed aside, put on eternal hold, or hung up on all together. Plenty of better burgers around dont waste your time.

Me and my husband had food poisoning from this place. We started to just eat a sandwich at home but he insisted on coming here. The service was pretty nice but the food had me sick to my stomach all day. Still cant eat and that was all I had.

One of the best burger places around. Have had it not cooked completely twice now which is why they loose a star but they did make me a new one and apologized profusely. The staff are generally always friendly and its normally pretty clean.

Good food and not that much more expensive than other, lower quality restaurants. Staff is always friendly, orders are accurate and food is hot, even if I order ahead and arrive 5-10 minutes after the pickup time for an online order.

Fast food burgers at their best. The french fry portions are enormous and you cant get better than peanut oil for fries. I love the no frills packaging as well. Its no wonder this is a very successful chain.

Friendly staff. While doing a carryout order I mentioned that this was my 1st time to five guys. The young lady explained the whole menu etc. food was hot and fresh... best burger n fries Ive ever had.
