We have tried numerous times to get this "pizza place" a chance to have our business. We love the All American pizza. But they just cant seem to get it right. We have Every Time had our pizza delivered more than 40 minutes late. We have received pizza that we did not even order, wrong toppings, no sauce on the pizza, etc. We have spoken with the manager. She is always apologetic and gives us another pizza for free...and sometimes that one has been closer to being on time Tonight is the one that tops them all, it has now been over 2 hours and no pizza yet. Ive been told they will remake our pizza and deliver it in 30-35 minutes. That remains to be seen. Great pizza, horrible delivery.

I cant even begin to tell you how many times my pizza has failed to meet the simplest of expectations. Not one SINGLE time has my pizza been made correctly!! Whether its no flavored crust or the WHOLE pizza is swimming with the seasoning... or even failing to use the correct sauce! I dont know what kind of sideshow circus they have working in that so-called kitchen but apparently they cant even remember to cut the pizza! Needless to say; you would be better off setting fire to your money rather than give it to those degenerates!

Service had went downhill so I hadnt ordered for awhile but decided to give it a chance because I heard there was a new manager or owner. Everything was PERFECT! Delivery was so fast that I had to wait a few minutes before I could bite into the pizza because it was that hot. My salad was just as they were at the beginning........every item fresh. To me, it is the best pizza between the 2 towns of Oxford and Lake Orion. Please keep up the great service.......you food speaks for itself.

Maybe good pizza, but confusing ordering system. We ordered an online greek salad and on our itemized receipt it showed up as a "Greek Salad" but somehow we got a "greek pizzaza". When I called the manager to clear up the order he offered me to come get a greek pizza which I could at the time. Then when I asked if we could just have it credited to our account he said he could only do a half credit and it " wasnt our mistake." Its a bummer to lose a customer over a $10.00 greek salad.

Saturday got the worst square pizza i ever had. Almost no cheese and the deep dish wasnt even end 1/4 inch thick and all doughy. They said because they were so busy the dough hadnt had time to rise properly. We get 2 large squares every Monday and they are always fantastic. Not sure if new people are working or what. Didnt want to drive back out and miss more football. They gave us credit but didnt trust them to deliver or make more bad pizzas. Had to get delivery from ginos.

Im actually pretty upset with this experience. I ordered 2 pizzas with 3 toppings. The place didnt even bother to cut the pizza. Not only that the pizza isnt even all that and the toppings are all over the place. Staff gives a $3 credit meanwhile Im out $20 and going hungry cause Id rather throw it away then eat it. Im sorry to have placed a order. Ill go elsewhere.

Always order as carryout, which arrives in less than an hour. Even if you dont have a coupon, Passport will apply the special thats currently running. Loaded toppings on the deep dish pizzas. Great comfort food on weekends.

I love their All American Pizza, problem is that with the new restaurant that moved in next door it is nearly impossible to park to pick up an order forcing you to always pay for delivery. Great food just a bad location.

The first time I tried it, everything about it was mediocre. Seen a lot of change since new management took over. The food here is amazing for your average pizza joint. I love that we can order directly now

Great pizza. They have a giant pizza that is 2ft in diameter. Also has good breadsticks. Definitely a takeout place I would not dine in.
