Okay food. TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered food for delivery to my office with a co-worker. I ordered sushi and she ordered crab ragoon and chix lo mein with no vegetables. We ordered online from there website just before noon. Our food didnt get here until 130pm. Once here, we realized that they put veggies in the lo mein, completely forgot the order of crab ragoon, and didnt include any silverware, napkins or chopsticks! I immediately contacted the driver who told me that he would let his manager know. I got a phone call from Will (supposedly a store manager but didnt display even the basics of decent customer service). He never apologized but proceeded to say that they do not give refunds and that they could have the order sent out within the next 25mins or they could give store credit. I paid with my card and I commute to work from GR so a credit would be useless since I dont plan on ordering from here again and Im not local. I then explained that we were already on lunch and would be out of time before the corrected food was delivered. He said that was all he could do. When I went to speak with my coworker (since it was her food that was all whacked) she said that it would be fine, she would just save the food for dinner. I then asked if they could at least add a few pieces of crab ragoon (so that she could eat some now to hold her over and then have some for dinner). He said that he could only send what we ordered. Then said that he could void what they messed up. WTH?? I thought you couldnt do refunds?? I was starting to get upset and settled to just have the food sent. Will not be eating here again and would suggest they hire more competent upper management.

Worst experience ever. It took me 15 mins to get the website to work and place the order. Then, when it went through, it said pick up would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered delivery but I figured that if the pick up only took 20 minutes, delivery would be about 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later, as im dialing the restaurants number, the driver finally called and said hed be here in a few minutes. When I met him downstairs, he took his sweet time getting to the door. I filled out the slip with no tip as I had already included it when I went to pay online. I explained that I paid the tip online and the driver looked at the receipt, looked me in the eye and was visibly upset. I legitimately thought the driver was going to attack me. He took a step towards me but ended up leaving. The food was cold when it got to me and was very poor quality. It was really gross and I had to throw it out. I can see Campuswok from my apartment. If I wasnt working and unable to leave, I would have just walked. It should not have taken an hour and half to get to me and I no longer feel comfortable/safe ordering from here. Take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Ive been ordering from campus wok since my freshmen year and loved the portion and price until this past weekend. I had ordered their honey chicken all white meat, paying extra money for it, and had it delivered to my apartment. After we waited and hour and 15, I recieved what I would describe as burnt leftover chicken from the grill. I called to ask what they would perceive their honey chicken to be (mind you Ive purchased it before) and they described a lightly breaded chicken with a honey glaze. I got chicken with no breading with a dark black burnt "glaze". When I told him that, he claimed thats what their chicken was. After being on the phone for over a half hour, I told him I will not eat the food and expect a refund. He offered me a 10% discount which proceeded to be .80 cents off of one of their dinners. He apologized once and told me he could do nothing for me. I found the service unbelievable and for their honey chicken to be scraps of meat is disgusting. Im very disappointed to claim Ill never go back.

This place has really gone downhill. Terrible service. I ordered online and I was asked for my address which is 3.6 miles from the restaurant (they deliver within a 5 mile radius). Their website calculated my address and determined that in fact they do deliver to my house. After I placed my order and had my card charged I was called told that they wont deliver to my house. The young man on the phone told me what street the cut off was, I told him that my house was before that street, and he kept changing the cut off street until my house was outside of the "cut off". I told him that this was unacceptable and that the website calculated my address as being in their delivery zone an that this was very confusing. I was cut off promptly as the man said "well Im sorry, we will have to make a call to the website company". This place used to be known for their food and their service and sadly, they are not known for either. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place as there are several other options in town.

Takes a long time for food because of how busy it is. Call ahead. Veggies were barely steamed - basically raw. Fried rice was almost crispy...or old - not sure. Battered pork (for S&S pork) was put into the styrofoam while it was too hot and it melted the bottom of the container. They forgot about the "milk tea" (bubble tea) I ordered and after 45 min and after having to ask about it, it was brought out diluted with melted ice and without any bubbles (tapioca) in it. After letting them know, they took it back and put a few bubbles in. At that point, I had been there for too long and decided it was time to take my losses. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly think that the only reason this place is in business is because of the influx of new students every semester who dont know any better. Ended up spending about $15. Live and learn. Owners, plz fix...

Horrible experience!!!! I ordered the lunch special chicken fried rice with wonton soup and egg rolls. After receiving my order I noticed I didnt have the chips that come with the wonton soup. I called back and was told they dont come with the lunch special. After letting the employee know I was unaware and nor does it state that anywhere on the menu he told me there was nothing he could do but I could order them for an additional dollar and wait 45 mins!!! 45 mins after I already have my food? I asked to speak to manager and then he pretended to be him smh!!! I requested a refund and he said that they dont give refunds. I have no problem spending money but the fact they caused me an inconvenience by not informing me about pertinent information and couldnt take ownership is pathetic. Horrible customer service!!!! I will never order from them again!!!!

This isnt your Chinese buffet food.....I was really wanting Chinese and it was going on 12 and I was in kzoo, I searched and this place just so happened to be opened until 4am so I went there and ordered ,I opened my box and tried the crab ragoon and after I devorerd (in 2.5 seconds I might add) I moved on to the rice, Ive had a lot of rice in my days and on my Rice scale I easily rate this 11/10. Alternating bites I went for the chicken,this chicken is not orange in color as you may be thinking but its still good. Over all container rating I rate this take out at 4.5 out of 5 stars. After all it is Chinese take out and not a 5 course meal at a 5 star restaurant...not to mention I drove back to battle creek and the food was still warm. Ps- the guy who took my order was fine asf, and if you see this email me.
