My girlfriend and I went there Friday night, March 15th around 8pm. The wait was fine. It was really busy so a 10 minute wait normal. I have been to Olive Garden many times in my life and have never had a bad experience. The waitress was fine. We got out drink orders and put in our order. While waiting I noticed other tables that have sat down after us were receiving their food before us. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food. Later the manager asked how we were doing and asked about our wait. We said it was fine to be polite. about 5 minutes later our food came out and we were content. Then we noticed our food seemed rushed. The waitress said she forgot to put our order in. My chicken alfredo noodles were cold and my girlfriend got the Sicilian seafood lasagna rollata and I asked to try hers and it was also cold. During the meal she garbed a napkin and spit out her meal. I asked what was wrong. She said it was under cooked and picked out about 5 shrimp. We ordered cake to go and they threw in free tiramisu but I felt that didnt really fix it. I was annoyed that my girlfriend could have got sick if she didnt pick out the food. Overall this visit alone has turned my girlfriend and I off of Olive Garden for awhile. This was both of our first bad experiences there.

I simply could not get past the smell. Seriously! Old cheese hit my nose the very second I opened the door. Three lovely hostesses standing at the entrance. Not a word. Awkward seconds tick by... "how many?" Look around. .. me! Angry bartender... so I suggest you skip the cafe area... wait person showed up , two samples of wine and I had to go. Apologies given, offered to pay for the samples and out I went. I have been to almost every Olive Garden in the state of Florida, and other states but worst smelling, darkest and uninviting atmosphere of all time. I feel bad for them that my experience was so epically awful. Another location at PCB so I recommend you go across the bridge.

Though some may not believe it. This Olive Garden is for people with a refined taste. The salad was clearly made fresh with ripe tomatoes and warm croutons. The vinaigrette that was served on top was smooth and light with just a touch of lemon and was served quickly with warm bread sticks. Our meal did take a little while but was worth the wait. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and was not disappointed with its pasta cooked to a masterful Al Dante. The shrimp itself could be served as its own meal. However, my favorite thing was the smooth music (Mostly Frank Sinatra) and the lovely strawberry daiquiri. Which was crafted beautifully and had just the right amount of sweetness.

Not even close to real Italian food, but what do you expect from a cookie cutter restaurant that microwaves there food! My family is from Italy and this and all olive garden restaurants(darden restaurants, red lobster included microwave their pasta and vegetables as well as other things), Ive seen it when I used to be a Chef! Its disgusting and dishonorable to real restaurants and my Italian heritage! Dont waste your money at a fake Italian restaurant!!!! Awful service at most darden restaurants too, they hire just about anybody to work for them!

Received horrible service and was the worst food weve had in the las four years weve been in the Panama City area....further more we had a food allergy in our group and made it known early on, got a special menu...and their food came back covered in their allergen. That person still got very sick and it is speculated that they just scraped off the previous steak and reserved it....and paying was a nightmare a the checks were mixed and they charged everyone an extra drink. We will never do another going away here. Absolutely horrible experience

I have been to many Olive Garden restaurants and this one is certainly in the best of them. The staff is trained to be polite first. I cannot say that they have never forgotten to bring me a refill or a cruette of olive oil, but I have never experienced anything but pleasant discourse and sincere humility from this restaurant whether the particular server was a pro or a novice. Manners and patience are so important. The food is exactly what you have come to expect from any good Olive Garden restaurant.

To go order was SUPPOSED to be picked up at 7, but didnt get out until 7:10. Did an employee tell us? No. Did they apologize? No. Did they KEEP THE TIP ANYWAY. You betcha. It is inherently deceitful to take my money knowing that I am now held hostage to get my food from you....whenever you decide to serve me. I will not be going back to this place, I almost never went before, and this is a good reminder how OG has gone down the drain over the last few years and corporate changeovers.

Wait staff didnt return to ask about more salad or soup. The soup was watery with very little meat or potatos in it. When questioned, the waitress say thats a kitchen problem .. I order chicken marsala .. we literally wait one hour to food get in the table mushrooms is completely burned The pasta its completely dry with no sauce on chicken is Luke OK ..after that we just paid the ticket and just be left.. highly recommend it dont go there ..

Food was not impressive or even restaurant quality. For all the pomp and circumstance, Olive Garden was a huge disappointment. Albeit the service was good, as my server was friendly and attentive to my needs. The decor was some neo-Italian mishmash which gave the diner the most unauthentic ambiance possible. If you feel like wasting money on sub-par Italian food which tastes like it came from the frozen foods aisle. Then this is your place.

Over the years, this place just keeps getting better and better. The look, feel, and overall "presence" of this joint makes me keep coming back. The food is always outstanding, the service is great, and the prices are to be expected. I am not a drinker, so I have zero comments on their wine selection, but they make a helluva sweet tea. Whenever I come into town (I live an hour north) this is one of my top three places to go to.

My wife and I just left from having lunch here, and I must say that the waiter Cody is on his game when it comes to customer service. The food, the drinks, and the check were all presented in a timely manner without even having to ask. His demeanor is friendly, warm, and inviting. I would even go so far as to say that he is a huge asset for this location. Keep up the good work, Cody! The food and service were amazing!

Dunno why Olive Garden is so expensive. Salad doesnt sit well with our tummies though their dressing is so awesome. We get the soup which is a much smarter plan, trust me. Not many places to choose from around here, so we go here for date nights and its alright. At least we dont have to cook our own pasta and load our own dishwasher on date night am I right???
