This place is horrible! I wouldnt even be here but my daughter loves KFC. Theres no ice in the drink machine and there wasnt any last time I was here either, all the pops are flat, Im sitting here eating and half of the people that come in walk right back out because they dont have half the stuff on the menu, they pull up every car in the drive through to make corporate think that they are providing fast service, all of the tables are dirty and theyre not too busy to come clean them. This place is just horrible, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

The KFC / AW on 21 in flint tonights food was nasty. I have worked fast food. I know the difference from a rush night vs a bad job. Took them 20 to take our order. Fries where old and dry even though it took 15 minutes from order to plate. So a fast food place shouldnt take 30+ minutes to eat. Burger was burnt. Even the Drinks from the soda fountain was nasty. They letting people order things from menu they dont even have. And pay and wait before correcting the mistake.

This is the worse KFC I have ever been to. All the staff was rude and mean to me and my family. They throw the food towards me, gave us mean glares, and didnt use gloves to prepare our food. All the tables in the dining area were dirty and sticky we had to clean a table to sit at. After we were finished my sister asked for a box and they told us they were only for take out or drive thru orders. Just go to Bristol Rd or Dort hwy KFC. Dont even waste your time with this one.

Horrible KFC. Horrible service. Rude staff. Took half hour to get a 8pc chicken meal. Then they gave me wrong order. Had to go inside from Drive Thru to fix order. Staff was rude, slow, and didnt even apologize for their error. I would have left zero stars if it was an option. I suggest you pass this KFC by and find a better place to spend your money.

My food is always cold. This is the second time Ive went here and both times the service was crappy to say the least. They even gave me just carbonated water when I was supposed to get mountain dew. Then when I came up to tell them they already knew about it and still tried to give me the carbonated water again. No more lunch from this place for me.

I always go here on mid week,I like the staff,the food.and the service.my food always fresh,and hot.....if I ask for extra napkins,wet wipes or condiments its not a problem.I always go in,to have a (fun)experience. They never disappoint.remember they have (two)REST.to serve!!!!!! Enough SAID.

The lady in the drive thru window was rude and didnt service is.... we pulled to order food and this chick said we dont have any breast or legs.... and we close in 5 minutes WTF kind of service is that? This kfc is ghetto and full of hoodlums avoid at all cost

Not every KFC is the same, and this one specializes in slow and poor service. It is a combo store with an A&W in the same building. I have tried it 6 times and each time they were poorly managed, slow and the food quality was cold to barely edible.

Doors were locked on one side of the building.. then continued to only let me order one item for my son when ordering for a family of 7. So this place is off limits to me for now on! Hope u all will do the same! Customer service is a joke here.

I have tried to give this location a fair shake by stopping by different days, different hours, etc. and it is always the same - poor customer service, inaccurate orders, food not prepared well - my advice is to drive on to another location.

The guy inside Michael is by far the nicest employee they have, most of the employees are decent but there are some real bad seeds just like every place. Overall they get your order right, which is key.

Theyre supposed to open at 1030 am monday-friday but I waited at the drive thru from 1030-1050 with no kind of answer at all. There were 4 workers cars in the parking lot. Very unprofessional place.
