My name is Stephen Alexander and I love the grilled chicken and the green beans, so despite the consistently poor service, I will likely return. But as a patron for the last 5 years, I have a theory. I am convinced that the owners have written off this location, maybe as a tax write off, maybe as a misdirected attempt at philanthropy. Not surprisingly though, just giving a few individuals jobs with little mentoring and without investing in their training (or the location, for that matter) only sets them up to fail, or at the least, doesnt help them realize their full potential. I see the same few individuals working seemingly regardless of what time I come in, and as others have mentioned, there is frequently something wrong with my order. Ive had the pleasure of frequenting across several managers and while Im hopeful the current young lady will oversee an improved customer experience, I am convinced that a lack of investment is creating an environment of mediocrity. Regarding the prevalence of low food counts (cant fill orders or the customer has to wait) I imagine there is a disproportionate emphasis on waste; which again speaks to inadequate investment. If Google allowed me to include pics, I would take the time to illustrate minimal investment opportunities that would compliment raised employee and cleanliness expectations and subsequently improve customer experiences and quality employee retention. Until the owners decide to invest in this location, I will avoid drive through, inspect every order, not recommend to my friends and family, and call in my orders ahead of time.

After getting ok service from this store on the last visit, we decided to give them one more try, and it will definitely be our last. Ordered a bucket of half original and half extra crispy, brought it home without checking our (our mistake). Called to let them know of the mistake, and because its snowing we really werent looking to go back out. We were very rudely told it would all have to be brought back to have it remade, that they dont do any sort of credit, which they have done before after screwing up an order. So we went back out in the snow to get a refund, and the same rude manager I talked to on the phone made it very obvious that she didnt want to deal with me, took her time getting to the counter, and made it a big production of finding the order in the computer to give us our refund. Dont waste your time or money with this place.

Absolutely Disgusting!!! There was not a clean table in the lobby. Both trash bins were over flowing. Food and debris littered the floor. The soda station was sticky and dirty. None of the staff cared. Actually gave attitude that one might suggest the manager not leave until she cleans the lobby. Now the food....all sent back. No way Im eating food from a place that looks like that. If the lobby is that filthy who knows whats going on behind the counter. And the workers were dirty and disrespectful. Chick~fil~A will put this nastiness out of business!

Went to this location for my lunch hour one day. Service was horrid, and the workers were rude and slow. I was in the restaurant area with one other person and no one at the drive through. Took 15 minutes to get crusty warmed up mac and cheese. When I asked for a spoon the cashier made it seem like I was asking a huge favor and practically threw it at me. Terribly run establishment with poor service. If you want attitude with your $5 meal then come over. Otherwise stay away.

When there and ordered 7 famous bowls for my coworkers and I, realized once we got back to Lansing that they only gave us 6 bowls. called back and told manager situation and she said to come back and get one. So my coworker drove all the way back to get it and the cashier proceeded to accuse her of stealing and said we didnt pay for it. Maybe if the cashier knew how to count it wouldnt be an issue!!! Will never go back to this KFC EVER AGAIN!!! poor customer service

Came here for my lunch break. Went to the one at Saginaw and never have trouble at it. Went to this one at the drive thru to order for me and my coworker. Drive thru worker was completely dismissive, like he wanted me out of there immediately after I ordered my co-workers first item. Other place always waits till Im done and asks if I want extra sauce, this guy did none of that and wanted me gone. Terrible customer service, and they got my co-workers order wrong.

Totally disappointed with my experience. I had a hard time getting my husband to go there. Was very excited when he agreed to go. The service was so unprofessional and the entire establishment was FILTHY. Husbands chicken was uncooked, mine was okay but was not up to what KFCs standard should be. I know this was the last time we will ever be going to, or eating KFC.

This KFC has been a problem 80% of the time I visit. Today was my last time going. The person taking my order through drive thru was rude and, once again, it was going to be a 10 minute wait on Hot Wings. The other day, I must have waited in line for 10 minutes (only 2 cars in line ahead of me) before I could have even had my order taken. Its ridiculous!

The guy working the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im a business owner of a restaurant and bar and I would never have a employee like this work for me. He kept cutting me off and telling me to hold non stop while taking my order and he was VERY rude while doing it. Food quality seems to be good though.

This place is the absolute worst restraunt to eat at. Its literally the most disgusting place I have ever been. I would rather be locked in a porter potty for weeks than step foot in this place again. The workers are rude, and just as disgusting as the restaurant. This place needs to be closed down.
