I fully understand why the service at this location is horrible. Its a franchise! On four separate occasions I ordered food with special stipulations, after they completely ignored my request and got the order wrong (each freakin time), I would call and speak to one of the managers....OoooH Boy! What a bunch of incompetent managers that lack the customer service skills you would find at a corporate store. CHICK-FIL-A, I plead with you not to destroy the only fast food restaurant I would dare eat at. Franchise outlets will ruin your image. Today, Sept 9, 2016 at 1:37 pm, I spoke with a manager because they again messed the order up.... and he hung up in my face and refuse to answer the phone when I tried to call back. I will never return to that store again. Lavista road, Tucker Georgia. BTW...why do they have the patio chairs chain lock mid afternoon. Thats the second time we attempted to sit outside and could not. This is the worst store.

This is the *best* Chick-fil-A. The employees are so attentive. Once you place your order, you grab a seat and then your food is brought straight to your table. If you are dining with young children, they always ask if you need a high chair, and they even place a disposable table topper for your child. The employees walk around and ask if you need a refill on your beverage, too. I love all Chick-fil-As, but this one in particular has spoiled me, especially being a mother of two young children! They really have a great team of people working for them.

but this location stand above every single one Ive been before, Its right next to my house, the employees are familiar with me and my wife already, everybody is very friendly, polite and ready to help, to get you a refill, the food s great quality. There is a couple of ladys walking around the store to make sure everybody is fine. I forgot their names but Ill update my review the next time I visit. One of your cashiers was extremely condescending not only to me but to several other patrons. When asking for a meal the comes if different item counts with out clarifying you dont say "do you want one because we can just get one" or say do you x count or x count. You dont belittle patrons because they are not familiar of your seating arrangment. I give names but she wore a blacker jacket over her name tag. Red head ponytail with bangs.

This chickfila was pretty shitty. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, first it came without cheese, they took it back to fix it. when I go the fix sandwich apparently the decided to toss the sandwich on top of the straw in the bag breaking it. When I got home and took a bite of the sandwich it tasted like it had way more salt on it and way darker than normal. Had to toss the sandwich, it was inedible.

Today is April 9, 2016. I visited this chick filet location, at the earlier part of this week. I had the pleasure to be waited on by Gio or Jio. I Forgot the spelling of his name, but he was very very professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He is a excellent representation of excellent customer service. He need to paid to give customers seminars especially in Atlanta. Gio Just Fab

Interesting to see the negative reviews for customer service as I have never experienced that issue at this location. In fact, I wonder how they get such good employees when compared to the other fast food in the area that are staffed by the worst staff imaginable. Food is always tasty and orders are always correct, have been for the last two years Ive eaten at this location

Just left from this chick-fil-a and I had to immediately walk right back out. I dont eat chicken but I usually come for the fries, salad, and fruit cup but upon entering this establishment I saw that their HEALTH SCORE was an 84 B!!! Never been to a Chick-Fil-A that had a score below a 97 A... I dont knw what they are doing here but I probably will not come back

I regularly patronize this chickfila and Ive never had a bad experience in the dozens of times Ive visited. The staff is polite, almost never makes mistakes, and when they do theyre always quick to fix it. The one downside is that, because its so good and in such a busy location, theres almost always a huge rush at meal times.

Waited over 15 minutes in line for the location to open. There were two lines wrapped around the building, when they finally opened they would not serve the second line. Nothing was up to block the lane, just decided to not serve the line. Sounds great for business, they will never get mine again.

Surprisingly small for a newer location. Always bumping. Have not had a bad food here yet. And remember, it always closes on Sundays! Sometimes I reconsider my life decisions as I has come to the point of reviewing fast food franchise locations.

My sandwich was excellent. I got more fries than any other Chick-fil-A gives me as well. On top of that, I saw cashiers running the orders to the already-sitting customers! That was a big surprise to me. Best Chick-fil-A Ive seen thus far.

Eat here for lunch often. Theyre super fast. Also had them cater an event for 200 people and their manager Colin came and did the set up. They were early, the food was perfect and everyone was happy. Very well run restaurant.

I have only been here once or twice since it has been built. I am glad there is one that isnt inside of the mall anymore but its not high on my list of go to restaurants regardless of if its for breakfast or dinner.

I normally never give five stars, but we are here at lunch time 12:30, and a full drive thru. They had are food ready by the time we paid for our food. Thats a great job
