I ordered the 10pc Hot Wings & they were not HOT, they were dried out& they didnt even have enough for the order. They charged us for 5pcs but should have offered a replacement meal or not charge us at all. Thats the last time there. The Ithaca & Owosso KFC;s were the same--dried out food!!! The Colonel is rolling over in his grave now. The tables at the three locations were dirty also & not busy.

After driving over 6 hours, all day, stopped by just after 6pm, ordered two Potato Bowls, and a large coleslaw. Chicken was overcooked, dry and burned. They should never serve chicken like this! Coleslaw is not what they used to have. Colonel would have a fit, serving food like this! He is dead so go for mediocre now. Quality is dropping! Very disappointed.

So Im filling up my cup, I look up seen a KFC worker handling the chicken with no gloves on & she is touching the whole rack of chicken with her bare hands rearranging the chicken touching them.... last I knew you were supposed to ware gloves when handling food especially if it going in your mouth very grossed out by all this

I work across the street from our local KFC so l eat their often Its not consistent. Portion size, the legs are getting smaller sometime a small biscuit and dont take the time to fill the potato dish.l do like the food but getting scrimpy.

Service is ok, but certainly one of the worst for forgetting stuff! Everytime they forget something, check your mediocre food to ensure you have everything you ordered at this KFC.
