I Asked For A Famous Bowl , Mountain Dew No Ice, Extra Corn, Chicken On The Side. (Simple) I Get To The Window He Hands Me My Drink (which had ice in it), I Pay then he tells me to pull up. I pull up and put my straw in my cup to find out that it was not Mountain Dew, (it was lemonade), I didnt mind because I like lemonade. I wait about 4-5mins and the same guy brought out my food and walked away. I pulled out the famous bowl that did NOT have the chicken on the side. I took a spoon full to the mouth and my food wasnt even hot. I Was Soo pissed that I waited for warm food. I Wanted To Get out the car, walk inside, and throw the food at the cashier but because it was raining and I Had on a shirt with holes in it I didnt. I just will NEVER go back. They messed up my food before but I Wanted to give them a second chance and plus its closer to my house. I would rather go to the sugarloaf location, they never let me down.

My experience with this KFC is usually fair. I do find the drive-thru lane to be less reliable as usually I will get mixed up sides, the wrong drink, or the correct drink with the entire cup drenched and sticky with soda, yet they will still hand the drink out the door saying "Sorry..." while some of it drips on my car. This unfortunately has occurred at least three different times. When I ask if they can wipe the cup down, there is usually some attitude involved with the response. However my experience inside the store has always been better and more accurate. The lobby isnt usually too busy, so I like the peaceful atmosphere when I eat inside. The food is what you expect from KFC and will satisfy anyones chicken craving. I do recommend KFC, when you decide to eat inside.

I ordered a $5 full up (the one with 3 tenders) and my mom ordered two wings my mom got disgusting looking Wings they looked they were they were just really small I did not get my biscuit or a fork and we asked for napkins and we didnt get any the only reason I am even getting this a one-star is because there is not a lower grade fridge I think they definitely over charge my mom for her wings she got two wings and they charge her for $10 wings I will never and I will say this again I will never go back to this location again I will stick to my regular location and I hope that you do not have to go through the same experience that I did and they did not give me mashed potatoes they only gave me gravy just another reason why I do not recommend going to this KFC

I worked at KFC in highschool. I remember there used to be a standard. This one was so bad. Maybe they for somd reason were short staffed. Everyone, even though there were only a few customers had to wait. Orderes were wrong. The poor girl up front was left to the dogs as the manager disappeared. She walked the kitchen twice to get his help refunding my money. We finally accepted a replacement order. But it just seemed like it was time to clean the fryer and change the oil. The chicken was dark and the crust was soft and greasy. It left an after taste. My wife was furious as this made us late for an appointment that cost a good bit.

Only gave it 1 star because I had to choose. Went through drive made an order. I was told to put up and park to wait for 4 minutes...30 minutes later after going in to see what was the hold up. I realized they hadnt even began to make my order. The person at the drive through that took my order from the beginning completely "forgot"...anyway I spoke with the manager to cancel my order completely. She was very kind and had to come out of her office to complete a job that was overlooked by one of her employees. Needless to say I got the order 45 minutes later...why wait so long??? Showed my kids what it looked like to be patient.

Worst fast food store in the area!!! Was told it would be 6 minutes on the sandwich I ordered. Agreed and pulled up as instructed. Still waiting 15 minutes later. Backed up to the window. Everybody scattered! Finally someone came over and asked if they could help me? Explained I was waiting on an order. Total confusion! Finally, they started to fill my order, including cooking the chicken. 10 more minutes later I was handed my order and a mumbled apology. Pulled away and then discovered they forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich!! Never again!!!! Avoid this store at all costs. Its the worst!!!!

Poor service. Sometimes poor product or given the wrong order. The employees are usually OK. The Manager is not and is usually the culprit. I went back again today ( 4 months later ) to see if anything had changed. No. There was an older couple they were trying to help and it dragged on and on. This was right at Noon. I have experienced similar situations here before that caused me to walk out. Why not open another register? This was a peak time. There is another one there. If I was the Manager, I would want to keep things moving.

I dont understand how going through the drive through can take over 20 minutes. It took them 7inutes to even take my order and I waited14 minutes for my order. They got a 5$ fill up wrong by the way. Poor customer service, time response, and quality. This is ridiculous and Im an easy person to please. I worked retail, restaurant, and hospitality jobs. I get it, but this is just ridiculous for no reason.

Went in ordered my food for me and my small group. We sat down and 3 minutes later the manager of all people came up to us and asked if we had ordered and we told her what we had she said part of it was ready and told us we needed to get it right now very rudely. As a restaurant manager I know you dont talk to customers that way. And what is the point of taking names if you dont call it out.

I went in to get the basket! I wanted to try the George Gold or the Nashville Hot. I ended up going with the George Gold! It was amazing and Tangy. At the end of my meal I noticed the lid said Nashville Hot, so . . . Idk what I got but it was amazing. The staff is pleasant and they are always very prompt to serve you.

My expiernce at this KFC was horrible. The manager Availle had a very bad attitude and in my opinion she should not be a manager. I was visiting out of town & recieved a very bad expiernce. Even the employees looked fed up with her. But one employee of James made sure I got what I needed even though it was busy.
