Today I had a very strange experience. The staff was very behind and apparently the woman at the drive thru (Alexius Hammond) told the car behind me that I had a large order and had refused to pull over to let the others behind me get their food. Well, the man in the car behind me apparently had some anger management issues and pulled up next to me in his car and stared me down and yelled at me. I went back to the store to tell Alexius what happened and she became very agitated and defensive. My point was that she needs to be careful (forget the fact that she lied) because she doesnt know who shes saying this too; they could be a lunatic and she could have put me in danger. But its obvious Ms. Hammond doesnt understand a thing about customer service, so it fell on deaf ears. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I have never been to a KFC that is worse than this one... After I placed and PAID for my order a worker came and told me "we only have enough for 1 large mash potato (I ordered 3 with my 16 pc meal). I changed 2 of them to coslaw. Meanwhile the lady behind me informed them if she couldnt have mash potatoes she would just go somewhere else. I get my food and check it. The same worker said they forgot to give us something AND TOOK MY MASH POTATOES AND GAVE THEM TO HER AND GAVE US 3 LG COSLAW.. They even shorted us a chicken breast..... BY FAR THE WORST ONE I HAVE BEEN TO... I just had neck surgery and I can only eat mash potatoes so I had to go to another one and spend MORE MONEY I SHOULDNT HAVE TO...

The food was fair - and service OK, but I am very concerned that they have a health rating on 75 or lower. I would have never eaten at this restaurant if I had seen that they almost not passing rating. The rating is not posted for customers to see. I said something the first time and was told that they forgot and filed it. I went in on May 13th still no posting and was lied to by employee saying that they are coming tomorrow, I asked to see the one that they already had and was told they couldnt locate it. Another employee advised that it is not posted because the score was a 75.

Poor customer service skills. Ordered the $20 fill up, got home and noticed they forgot the biscuits. I called and told them and he said I got you next time, I want what I pay for then so I told him I was on my way back. Had to wait another 10 minutes in line and finally got the biscuits. He could have put a couple more in there seeing I had to come back to pick up something they forgot. But I do know where Im not going back too.

I am never thought that fast food could be so delicious! Of course southern people know how to make unhealthy food and it is gorgeous! I recommend it for skinny guys who tried to gain some weight because youll get good numbers of protein and calories (but do not eat it too often) About staff, very friendly and kind people. Just simple. What I dont like that this place is not the cleanest but! Just enjoy!

This Taco Bell/KFC needs help!! Regional/district manager needs to visit. Waited 20 min for food, no floor service to clean tables or empty trash, trash cans overflowing to the point people were placing trash on top of counter where drinks were being served. The drink and trash locations need to be changed where they are not next to each other or in the way of people waiting in line.

This location looks nice due to a recent remodel, but the service is lackluster at best. The food ranges from terrible to acceptable; I only visit this location because it is so close to work. I will say that the foods quality is usually higher during non-peak hours. Every employee Ive ever interacted with here gives off an "I hate my job and may quit any second" vibe.

This location is very successful at hiring people who make coming to this location a pleasant experience. The food is always delicious and I enjoy having a KFC and Taco Bell together so I can mix items up when I want. The employees always work hard to make sure my orders are filled quickly so I can get home to enjoy my hot food. Thank you for all you do!!!

Got the 8 piece bucket. Was looking forward to being bad my one day a week. Got it to go came home and it was old and dried and a waste of time and money. Come on people you didnt have to figure anything out just throw away old and serve new. Will never order from there again. Truly pathetic you dont care what you serve to people....

The staff was awesome and fun! I came in to have dinner and it was extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great enjoyable hot meal! Everything was clean and the other guests seemed to be happy too. I will definitely be here again.

Not a fan. We had to repeat everything several times. They did not have half the food we wanted and the mash and gravy (both orders) were cold and popcorn chicken was cold and tasted stale.

Probably the worst KFC Ive ever been to. Order is consistently wrong (to the point that I think I should order something else and Id get what I want), and chicken is usually burnt.
