They were out of Dr Pepper and I told the girl behind the counter and she tried to get some from behind the counter and handed me the cup full of run out Dr Pepper and said that one ran out too. Where do they do this anywhere else like it is okay? I just took it poured it out and said you are also out of iced tea do you have any back there? I dont understand what she thought I was supposed to do for a drink.

I just waited 30 minutes for chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. What’s worse is I went to the door to tell them forget it and give me a refund but no one would come to the door. The chicken had the consistency of rubber and the food was room temperature. They also never gave me a receipt....this place is shady.

Came to see if other store experience was just unlucky but to my sad discovery, the food was even worst here. Chiken look like it had being sitting out for days and was terribly season. The kernel should be ashamed of this store and close it down... is there any KFCs left with real chiken to serve.

this is my 2nd time coming to this kfc threw drive-thru and theyve messed up my order both times I asked for grilled chicken and for my side to be coleslaw and to my surprise I get home both times and I have fried chicken and mashed potatos after they even repeated what I said after I said it

They need to wise up. There are several Other chicken places that serve you the same day you arrive. The people they have working here are worse than govt. Workers. The service here SUCKS.. Go to Popeyes or Bojangles. Save yourself the migraine.
