I mean if I could rate this wingstop location a 100 stars i would! I have been to all the wingstop locations in Gwinnett county and this is definitely the best! I pass two wingstop locations just to come all the way to this location from my home. At this location they have amazing customer service! When u walk in they immediately greets the customers. They are always warming, polite, and smiling. They make sure that you are satisfied with ur order before u leave with your Togo order and while ur eating if ur dine-in. I absolutely love their service! And they are the newest wingstop location in Gwinnett county and I feel like the employees at the other locations in Gwinnett should be retrained on e.how to display excellent value ustomer service by this jimmy carter location! Ijs they have amazing customer service they go above and beyond by opening the door for customers whose hands are full of even providing assistance to customers walking to their car with their Togo order and may be struggling. Just amazing!! Love it!!!

Well I have been here a few times. The first few times about a year ago it was great. The wait time is fine for me. As long as it is cooked properly. Somewhere along the line management changed an not to sound racis, but all the people in there act like ghetto thugs now. It looks like a black owned business now. Trust me this location looked promising at first,but now it went downhill. Dirty ,rude ,telephone ordering unprofessional, and just no customer service. I love Wigstop but not this location. They are not as busy as they use to be because of the horrible changes that have been made. Scared to eat food from this location. Fyi in this neighborhood there are more Latino and mixed races, they do not frequent black owned businesses. The people working there are suspect. Oh yeah I am black, when a place is bad its just bad.

My friends & I went here on the 24th after leaving Netherworld. It took some time for us to order & also receive our food. After we got our food we sat down to eat one of my friends just stopped eating & said "Im done!" . Come to find out it was a big red cockroach on the wall right beside us almost landing in his food. We told the cashier & she started laughing all calm like that wasnt the first time it happened. So we got up to move & the bug was following us. She was taking her time to kill it or whatever like she didnt care . We were also wondering how their score went from a 91 to a low B & I guess that answered our question. We will never go there again & I suggest yall dont go either.

Ordered ahead once, and never again. When I got there to pick up, nothing had been started. The people behind the counter behave like immature, rude teenagers. There is clearly a trust issue in this place with their customers. Thats no reason to be rude and not properly attempt to give what customers do patronize the place decent customer service. The wings were not all that good, average quality and size. At least they were cooked properly. Flavors were nothing special. I get much better wings elsewhere over towards Tucker and that place has a great selection of good sauces; much better service and is equidistant to where I live. I wont be back.

This is will be the last time we order from this location, we will go back to driving double the distance to Doraville. We have to pay for order extra fry seasoning because this location puts ZERO seasoning on the fries even though we are ordered seasoned fries. So we get it on the side and today is the same...not 1 speck of seasoning. This place is so cheap. Plus they undercook the chicken strips which is the 3rd time now. Drive a little further and go to the Pleasant Hill or Buford Highway...much better service and food quality.

I like the wing sizes, the flavors. I dont like how long employees keep on the same pair of gloves, I had to loudly criticize the employee to get him to change his gloves after he operated the cash register and handled cash. And the owner/manager saw it happen and heard me and said nothing, so it appears to be a culture of saving money at all costs. Also theres 3 leaks in the roof that are leaking into the dining area for months. Weve decided not to go to this Wingstop anymore because of their unsanitary practices.

Ive been to this location before & the service wasnt that bad......it took forever to get my food even though it wasnt crowded. But this part weekend (4/8/17), HORRIBLE!! I swear I thought I was eating dirt instead of salt on my fries. Theyve gotten my order wrong.....probably because everybody was in the back playing on thier cellphones. I didnt want to waste my time on getting my money back because my food was nasty. No wonder theres never a crowd....

Well I called in today and ask for three times crispy on a wing order & that was to ensure that I do not get under cooked chicken. These people Im using nice words now, sent me home with under cooked Wings theyre not three times crispy like I asked for, they were under cooked. This location really sucks. Plus when I went in there the floor was slippery. Overall I cant believe I bought this crap.Now I got to Cook them in the oven what a pain in the ass.

now i have a place on both sides of town to get my wing fix try the French fries, I believe they sprinkle crack/pcp/heroin on them....that addictive. and i believe theyre fried in somewhat healthy oil, so no explosive diarrhoea later. Bonus! in all seriousness, this place is good, and the wing combo is a pretty decent deal. go for it, take a chance, chicken i like original hot, and lemon pepper, but they have all kinds of other flavours.

the staff never wears hair nets they use the same gloves to cook the food with as they do to take out the trash. I ate there 1time and will never do it again. Only reason I know that they dont wear hair nets then they use the same gloves for everything including food its because I had to go pick somebody up 4 times a week and I saw it first-hand its disgusting if you value your stomach and your health then dont go!!!!!!!!!!

First the cashier had an attitude and wasnt listening she kept talking to the cooks everything I tried to give her my order... wings were VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING the size ,the amount of sauce (I always order extra wet) and the were dry no sauce you could still see the original color of the wing before they put them in the sauce....over all never coming back worst wing stop that I have been too and mind you I came from Texas

Worst wingstop i have ever been too. Cashier was rude, my order took what seems like forever, looked like they got the smallest wings they could find and and fried them up for me; asked for my wings to be extra wet. Guess what? They came out more dry than an Arizona Desert and then my rolls taste like they have been sitting around all day. So yea if i could give less than 1 star i would. Never coming here again.
