I absolutely love this Popeyes Chicken, I have had the opportunity to eat there many times and find that every single person that works there is extremely professional and kind. They have a young man who works the front counter and I believe he might have some challenges, but he is given a great opportunity to work for Popeyes and everyone there is very kind and courteous to him and he is extremely responsive to every customer even if he makes a mistake hes extremely conscientious apologetic and wants to make it right. I am unable to tell you how pleasant the food is always hot and very quickly delivered either to you over the counter and I had the opportunity to get food through the drive-thru and its always hot. Last year I had the opportunity to go to the Louisiana and I lamented on how that beans and rice there did not taste as good as what Popeyes Chicken does. I love this location the daytime manager, I think of Bermuda extremely professional and kind. Always eager to assist and to make every order the way the client wants it. The store is always clean and very well staffed I just cant say enough about this location and of course I enjoy that when you do the survey on the back of the receipt youre able to get A 2 piece chicken and a biscuit for the purchase of a large drink. Here for whatever reason you find your experience at this location not up to par I assure you it is something that is not a regular occurrence. So I encourage you to give them another chance and see how they do.

KFC here I come! I rarely eat at Popeyes and with good reason. Ive never enjoyed their food and their service is always lousy. Thought Id give this branch a chance though. Theyve got a big sign out front boasting how their food ranks higher in customer satisfaction than KFC. Well, I strongly disagree. First off they didnt have much chicken ready to serve. They couldnt even produce 6 chicken breasts, and told me Id have to wait 12 minutes or more for that. Then, instead of kindly offering me a coke or side item for my trouble, they charge me a lot extra for my "special order"?? I told them forget it, and ordered a much smaller meal. Part of the chicken was moist and flavorful but the wing meat and all the coating was dry as a bone and way overcooked. And I guess if you want stuff like hot sauce, or butter for your biscuit, youll have to ask for them, and possibly pay more. Nothing but utensils and napkins are offered to diners. It was over $8 for a 3 piece meal, which does NOT include a breast, only 2 wings and a drumstick. You must pay more if you want breast meat. Are they joking? KFCs 3 pc. meal includes a breast, and TWO side items not ONE, and its cheaper as well. And in my opinion, comes with a much tastier and moist coating. This is why I consistently drive by Popeyes and look for a KFC sign ahead... although I do have some complaints about them as well.

I love me some spicy Popeyes chicken but this place needs to hire better employees. I ordered a 10 piece spicy chicken and I was watching as she put the chicken into the box. She even counted after she put them in the box. I personally only counted 8 so I thought maybe I was wrong. Got my order, got to the car and I double checked and of course there were only 8 pieces. I walk back in and told her that she only gave me 8 when I ordered 10 and she rolled her eyes and asked me again how many pieces. I showed her the receipt and told her 10 and she asks me hot or mild... I tell her hot. she proceeds to take the box back when the manager comes by and she passes off the box to her asking her to take care of it. The manager asks what happened, she says " he says he ordered 10 pieces and he walked out and came back in saying he only got 8 I even counted twice" as if I am going through all this trouble to steal 2 pieces of chicken???? The manager continues and starts to count the chicken. Of course there were only 8 so she asks the counter person "were they mild or hot" and she answers "mild". Its been not 2 minutes since I told her it was the HOT. I did finally got my 10 pieces but why did it have to be so difficult?

I work at this Popeyes and want to tell you why everything is "horrible" and has horrible service. We got a new general manager a couple months ago and since then things have been going downhill. I will admit that everyone there needs some customer service training. Before the new general manager things were a lot better, especially customer service. I apologize for the service we provide but I try to make sure that at least I am nice and help the customers in every way possible. Before, if there was a wait the general manager had no problem giving you an extra side and a drink as an apology but now our general manager is extremely stingy. All of our quality people (except for myself) have left and we are left with people who have horrible service skills and are only there because they get paid. I am truly sorry for what this store has become.

Went to the drive through after dining hall was closed. Asked to get chicken strips and was told there was a wait for them. No problem. Paid for the meal and pulled around. 20 minutes later the cashier came out to serve another customer that came after me and stopped by my window and said "what did you have again?" I gave her my receipt. 5 minutes later she came back and said you were the customer that said you would wait for the frozen chicken strips. I was like I didnt hear frozen but it still has been 25 min now. She basically accused me for the wait. 5 min later she came back out with the food. Didnt ask me for sauce, no apology, no thank you, just walked away. Very unprofessional

Worst experience ever! As I was deciding to order at drive through the drive through cashier kept rushing us to order, I asked her (Shaneka N) four times to give me a moment and she kept insisting. When I got to the window I asked for some sauces and they told me it was extra and I said okay give me the sauces I requested and charge me, they said no and refused to sell me what I was looking to purchase, they asked me to pull forward because they where being timed. Disrespectful and inconsiderate employees. They also did not have a single vehicle waiting nor any one else to take care of in drive through. Will never go back and will let all of the community know not to visit this Popeyes!

UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service about this issue, they were very nice to me. Food came out like it was about to be in a commercial. They did short me on a piece of chicken but it was free so I guess thats okay. Wouldnt accept coupons that were directly on the corporate website. Rude drive thru service. I got a biscuit from here that had sharpie and foam shavings rubbed on it from a side dish which had writing on its side. This report is a perspective from someone who has been here numerous times at various times of the day. Id rather give my business to zaxbys at this point. This location used to be such a great Popeyes restaurant.
